Burkeside 120 is ideally situated for those looking to enjoy a winter ski vacation at Burke Mountain's alpine and Nordic centers, biking adventures on the world-famous Kingdom Trails and Burke Mountain Bike Park, or a broader exploration of Vermont's scenic Northeast Kingdom. Burkeside 120 is steps away from the Sherburne Base Lodge, home of the Tamarack Grill restaurant and bar, as well as the Sherburne high-speed quad lift. Park your car upon arrival and leave it till it's time to go, while you enjoy all the mountain has to offer. In spring, summer, and fall, hop on your bike and have direct access to the Kingdom Trails network and the new Burke Mountain Bike Park.
Our condo features three levels, a beautiful kitchen with locally made solid birch cabinets and Corian countertops, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer located in our spacious master bathroom, locking storage for bikes or skis, three bathrooms (one full, two 3/4 baths), a cozy gas-fired stove, and a private deck.
Burkeside 120 is comfortably furnished for a large family or 2-3 couples looking for a Vermont getaway. We look forward to offering you a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

Perfect location - just steps away from Sherburne Lodge and lift. Check-in easy. Hosts responded quickly to questions and graciously provided tips & suggestions about local dining and activities in the area. Excellent and relaxing stay.

This was a yearly trip for me and some friends, most of whom were up at the campground. This unit is great! It has storage for bikes and a comfy living room / kitchen for hanging out, as well as a great deck for post ride relaxation. We will definitely be coming back.

Convenient, and so clean! Located right in on the mountain and close to town, restaurants and lifts. The owner of this condo was very prompt with correspondence and provided for every need. Fully stocked kitchen and best of all, a full sized washer and dryer. I would return her in a heartbeat.

Quiet and relax.
We realy enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Nice place and very quiet. The neighbors are realy nice. We appreciated the place to store our bicycles.

Great Ski Get-a-way!
My family had a great experience at this property. It was literally at the base of the ski lift with perfect ski in ski out access that made it great for my older kids to come and go as they pleased. The house was clean and the owners responded to all of my messages quickly. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Great location
A short walk to the lift with easy parking making lunchtime and break time easy to get in and out. Condo was very clean. We had a little problem with the downstairs bed's mattress that was at the end of its effective life. The owners came and checked it out but because there was no quick fix they couldn't take care it while we were there. Not for lack of effort on their part. All and all great time.

Nice condo at the base of Burke mountain. Very clean and well kept, close to everything.
Would definitely rent again. My only negative would be lack of AC in the summertime it can get hot, which it did in August. But I’m sure that only applies for a few weeks!

The couch is old and there should be another place to sit in the living area. The downstairs bed needs an upgrade.

Burke side 120 review
Short walk to lift. Met our needs well. Well stocked kitchen, nice back deck with private feel. We would stay here again. Burke Mountain has a old school feel with great terrain properly rated but not for beginners. The area is not crowded with a good vibe.

Fantastic Condo!
We had a great trip to Burke Mountain! Our 3 nights at the condo was perfect. It is a super location and it cannot get better for a ski in/out trip. The owner was fantastic! He was quick to respond to emails. The condo was clean and it had everything that we needed. If we return to Burke, I would absolutely book this condo again. Thank you!

Perfect condo for family with kids - they have a great setup in a walkout basement for kids. The master is upstairs and includes a full size washer/dryer - super handy! This is a great place to stay.

Mountain Biking Dream Location
Short drive to downtown Burke, Village Sport Shop/NEMBA Fest location. Options to access KIngdom Trails or Burke Mountain from this property! Clean and comfortable. The kitchen had several pots, pans, etc which made cooking in a breeze. We plan to stay here again. :-)

Wonderful hosts, lovely condo
We enjoyed our stay at the condo, which was nicely updated and stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect setting for a family reunion, and we were very comfortable. Owners were great, and answered all our questions. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect spot for a fun ski weekend !
My family stayed here for a weekend of Burke Mountain skiing. The condo is about a minute walk to a chairlift/ restaurant/ lodge - perfect so we could swing back midday for lunch or to switch out gear. Inside was more than comfortable with lots of room for everyone. Everything we needed was right inside and outside. Definitely would book again for the next Burke trip.

Great location near the ski lifts. More than enough room in the condo for our party of five. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. Convenient to return to the condo to have lunch. Prompt response from owners when I had a question. We will be back!

Wonderful condo at the base of Burke Mtn
Erica and David were wonderful hosts, promptly answering our many questions. The condo was exactly as described. We had a wonderful time during our stay.

Clean, comfy, and had everything our families needed for a snowboarding weekend at Burke Mountain.
Arrived in the evening but owners David and Erica reached out to say we could arrive anytime during the day. We received check-in instructions that were a breeze to follow. The condo was perfect. Actually dont think the pictures does the property justice. The separate room (with gaming console) for the kids was great( 4 kids ranging from 7-10 years old). The 3 full baths was also clutch. The washer and dryer were a godsend for the cold and wet snow gear. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots, pans and utensils we needed for making meals during our stay.
The location can’t be beat. Literally a 10 second walk to the lodge or the Sherburne lift. No waiting in line at the lodge for food or drinks when you can walk right over to the condo and grab a quick bite and some warmth.
I would highly recommend this condo for individuals or families looking for a great place to stay and ski while in the area.

Great Fall Cycling Experience!
David and Erica's Burkeside condo is a wonderful place to stay. It's strategically situated perfectly for mountain biking; just a short ride downhill a few kilometer's in to Burke at the trail head. It's also within seconds of the ski lift at Burke Mountain ski resort! Aside from the spectacular mountain biking on many tight, narrow trails with many challenges, this vacation spot is also the real deal. Very spacious with excellent beds, and kitchen facilities. For those who like to cook, it's all there. We even made pizza from scratch one night! David, and Erica, the hosts, are very accommodating as well. We'll probably stay here again the next time in Burke given the unit(s) are still available. Thank you!
