Great value for money at all if you stay one night.

Same as pictures, always clean, good wi-fi, comfortable bed, big ventilator and free coffee and water, the staff was nice and helpful and the location is perfect, in the central square and within 5 minutes walking distance from bus terminal so you can even walk with a suitcase as I easily did.

The hotel is noisy most hours of the day, people talk loudly and you can hear everything from other rooms, high volume television, slamming doors etc.. it was hard for me to try to fall asleep or just if you want a siesta in the room, it is impossible. Also, the description said "free toiletries" but there are only towels and a tiny solid soap that fits the palms. Guests need to know that they have to bring their own body soap.

Ya no me acuerdo. Durmiendo una noche en cada hotel, pasados dos o 3 dias ya no se como era cada sitio y los confundo. Creo recordar que quedamos satisfechos de La Casona. Y es que Dora "em porta com cagalló per sequia) :)

HORRIBLE. : chambres doubles , sordides, exigües, éclairage blafard d' un plafonnier (40w), pas de lampe de chevet, ni de table de nuit pour poser ses affaires, necessité d'une lampe de poche+++pour lecture ou lever nocturne. Dépôt des objetos à même le sol.... Une des chambres doubles était si exigüe qu'on ne pouvait pas circuler en laissant la valise ouverte. Pas de penderie, pas de cintres. Chambres étouffantes car donnant sur un couloir avec vue directe à 1m50 sur la chambre d'en face. Aucune aération. Aucune intimité Matelas très dur et inconfortable et sur les deux chambres JAMAIS d'eau chaude. Au total le plus mauvais hôtel que oú j'ai sejourné en Colombie sur 7 semaines de voyage. Pas de petit déjeuner.. A fuir

Very thin walls, I had very noisy neighbors next door until late at night, but I was probably just unlucky. Apart from that it was fine.

It is located right next to the main square and bus stop. Very friendly staff. Hot water available in the bathroom (although water pressure could be better). Coffee and tea available all the time.

Church bells ring every 30mins, day and night. You can hear them in the room however it wasn't so bad as mentioned in other comments (we could sleep normally).

Lovely location for exploring Jardin

This hotel is so charming; beautiful decorations and lots of historical photos. The location is also amazing for exploring the city, and the later checkout was a definite bonus.

The beds were hard as a rock and because it was a historical building, the electrical outlets were rather inconveniently placed.

María Camila, the attendant went above and beyond. She was the best! The hotel was beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and cozy.

Other rooms can be dark. We were lucky we got to choose.

Great place to stay in the center of Jardin!

La Casona is wonderfully located, a block away from the main square and right in the center of town, so it was close to all restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean, coffee was always available, and the staff was friendly.

If you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring your earplugs as the church bells are very loud and sound carries throughout the hotel.

Great location. A minutes walk to the park, cafes, restaurants. cute hotel, ambience was nice, very colonial. Staff very nice and friendly. Beds extremely comfortable.

Room needs an update. There seemed to be a leak behind the sink so bathroom floor was always damp. Room way too cramped for 2 adults 2 children. No where to hang/place items, clothes. Room needed more hooks/shelves.

A great hotel just steps away from the plaza

This is an amazing place. The family room has comfy beds, a hot shower and it absolutely spotless. There is a nice yard with tables and chairs to work at. The staff is very friendly.

The wifi signal wasn't stable which wasn't ideal because I had to do some work. But other then that no complaints whatsoever.

They upgraded me from a single to a triple room, with an external window. The staff were all very friendly. The location couldn't have been better, just off the main square. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. It was perfect.

I should book hotel Jardin not this one

The property is in the good location and have nice colonial style building.

The room is very tight and small, actually my booked room on the picture is not equal to what they give me the room, it should be upstairs with more space room but because there is no hotel staff can help me to bring my luggage upstairs so I just said ok I can stay in the smaller room they give me downstairs. The next day when I check the neighbor hotel Jardin I found although they have even cheaper rate online but their service and facility even better the room also is bigger. So I regret I did not book hotel Jardin.

Very central, with nice facilities and hot shower. TV in the room with apps such as Netflix, free coffee and water!

Found a couple of hairs in the bed and shower. Heard the church bells loudly in the room (from early in the morning).

A very good option in Jardín

- EXCELLENT LOCATION - just off the main square, everything you need is within walking distance. - SUPER CLEAN - COMFORTABLE - the beds were great - HOT SHOWERS - a bit fiddly but very good once you got the hang of them. - GOOD WIFI - FRIENDLY STAFF

The only issue I had with this place is that the open courtyard structure of the hotel means that noise travels to all the rooms. This is tolerable however what I found difficult was the church bells which ring multiple times an hour from 5am throughout the day. It is really loud, even with ear plugs. I’m someone who can sleep through most things but the bells were too loud, even for me.

Lots of cable TV channels but none in English although I enjoyed the Latin music channel whilst in my room
