Leider war das Bad an der Wand dreckig. Im Kaffeeautomaten war ein verschimmelter Kaffeebeutel drin. Insgesamt war die Wohnung nicht gut geputzt

Agradable estancia en Playamar

Este pequeño hotel boutique ha sido todo un descubrimiento. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, los empleados son muy amables y profesionales y las habitaciones modernas y limpias. La localización es inmejorable, cerca de muchos restaurantes y a pocos minutos de la playa.

Por poner alguna pega, el bar-restaurante no tiene mucha variedad de platos. Tiene un camarero súper majo y nos tomamos algo ahí, pero creo que le faltan platos en la carta y para cenar se queda corto.

Very nice hotel but there is a few issues you need to be aware of. But we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a little gem! Do your self a favor and book the room with your own private terrace with spa- it’s amazing! The bathroom was very nice. The staff was very friendly- especially the cleaning lady ❤️

The bed are very hard. The air conditioning is very old, so it takes a long time to cool the room. And since you only get one room card, the room gets very heated fast, and it take a long time for the aircon to cool the room - and sometimes you could smell smoke trough the AirCon!

Great little hotel in a good location but needs better ventilation/cooling system

Location. Small number of rooms. 24 hour reception. Friendly helpful staff

Really hot in communal areas - no air con. The air con in the rooms was poor - seemed to only be 1 level of cool - couldn’t get it any cooler. I’m aware this is a sustainable hotel but guests need to feel comfortable. We did our bit by not having sheets, towels etc changed. Discrepancy in room sizes - our friends had a king size bed and large shower but a small overlooked balcony. We had a large terrace but a small bed and shower. I feel as the booking was for 2 couples and was made a long time ago we should have been given identical rooms to avoid disappointment.

Exceeded expectations on value for money, clean, stylish and great location. Would return.

Extremely clean and well equipped room, lovely bathroom and everything was spotless. Plenty towels and toilet paper, safe and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Our room was in the basement with a very high window that opened onto ground level so didn’t feel safe to open. It felt quite dark and claustrophobic.

clean tidy, greet location everything you need on the door step. literally minutes from the beach. great staff 24hr check in/out

I was on the ground floor which felt weird for people coming by but it wasn’t a problem nobody was looking in and plenty of privacy curtains. fridge stuff a little on the pricey side. balcony is practically pointless but ok for a quick smoke.

Wonderful hotel

The hotel was in a brilliant location; only a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes drive from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially Carlos, who went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect! The rooms were big and clean and the view from the roof was spectacular. Thank you :)

Clean friendly and modern, close to the airport with 24-hour check-in & off-street parking

My flight was very late. I checked in around 3:30am local time. I expected this might be difficult. But it wasn't. There was someone waiting on reception and he made the checkin process very easy - as well as being very helpful and friendly. They provided a safe space for me to park my motorbike over night. The room was cleaan and spacious. The hotel was near the airport and easy to find. Top marks on every count!

overall liked the hotel, would stay again, when the restaurant/bar is reopened

good location. although on a busy road, the room was very quiet very nice bright decor staff very nice and helpful

tv didn’t work(only Spanish speaking channels) no facility in room to recharge iPhone , had to borrow an adapter from reception restaurant & bar closed for refurb, no breakfasts or meals available. wasn’t warned about this beforehand room was cold at night, an extra blanket was provided at my request rooftop terrace was not clean/ready for use.

okay for one night

10 mins from the airport by car

My room was not clean, dust were everywhere. Also, I booked this room for one night in advance, and when I arrived (solo woman), they gave me a ground floor room right next to the entrance. I asked if there is any other room, since I don’t feel safe, and the staff just offered to upgrade for a better one for extra money. I would understand such thing, if I order last minute, but I booked long time ago, and got the worst room. Also, inside my room, the mini bar was almost empty, I arrived after midnight, and nothing to eat. No chips, no peanuts, no any kind of snack, just some drinks.

Will definitely be returning to this beautiful hotel.

Location is ideal. Staff are very friendly and couldn’t have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The manager Carlos is exceptional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

I honestly cannot find one fault.
