Location was excellent for our visit to Skomer island. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly Evening meal and breakfast were excellent, with a good choice and special diets catered for.
The bedroom was small but absolutely fine for a short stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Evening meal good quality and very enjoyable. Breakfast was not as hot as we would have liked ( maybe because we asked for early service and they tried to have it all ready ) but it was edible and as we were in a hurry we made the best of it.

Excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff. Sweet potato curry!!!
Everything was great.

The staff (in particular Chris the manager) was very friendly and helpful and aimed to accommodate all our needs, including lighting the wood burner in the pub at our request due to the cold.
Breakfast was good although a help-youself option for toast and coffee/tea would be good if possible.
Great location for getting about.
The vegetarian food options in the pub were limited.
The room was a little tight for space and was difficult to get into far side of bed next to wall.
Walls are quite thin so could TV and voices could be heard by us/others in room next to ours).
Very small TV and had to move it to top of chest of drawers in middle to see it.

The breakfast was cooked to order and delicious! The owner and staff were very receptive to any of our needs.
Nothing.....it is a lovely pub with accommodations on the way to Skomer Island.

The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was so comfortable, the pillows were better than the one I have at home. The bathroom had everything I needed and the refreshments were very well stocked. As I was leaving early before breakfast was served the staff put a selection of cereals, breakfast bars, milk, orange juice and yoghurt in a chiller outside my room for me. The meal I had in the bar was excellent and definitely value for money.
I had nothing to complain about, Everything was there that I needed, I would recommend staying there to anyone.

There was a huge choice for breakfast which you ordered the night before. The host was really accommodating to our request to have a packed breakfast sandwich as we didn’t have time to sit down due to catching the boat to Skomer. The bar meals were amazing but the portions enormous! The room was really well equipped, clean and comfortable with lots of extras like biscuits, bottled water, toiletries and hot drinks. The room was spacious and quiet so we had a good night’s sleep with great pillows.
I missed not having a hairdryer but overall it didn’t make much difference as it was warm enough to dry naturally. We didn’t ask for one but there could have been one available.

A no frills Pub. Stayed 2 nights. Excellent Pub food. Excellent (Large) Breakfast with plenty of choice. Good beers. Landlord very accomodating.Place gets booked up during the Summer so is well worth reserving early! Would definitely recommend the Lobster pot, perfect for Skomer Island trips as only 5 mins drive away!
Shame no WiFi

Good location, clean, toiletries , tea and coffee and biscuits in the room . Decent breakfast. Lovely garden area
Bedroom was small as was the shower. The room was cold and there was no heating. Breakfast was okay but not offered additional tea/coffee or toast. Landlord was not particularly communicative, didn’t ask how we slept etc. Seemed uninterested

nothing was to much trouble

The warm welcome and friendliness.
No wifi but it’s not the fault of the business. They would have wifi if the small minded council didn’t stop the process.

We checked in during a wild wind/rain storm, and it was such a nice refuge from the elements. Alan made us feel welcome and looked after. The food was great (especially breakfast) and there were a lot of gluten-free options. The room was small but comfortable.

Really friendly, great dinner in the evening, very clean everywhere, we liked the friendly atmosphere in the pub , great breakfast and lots of really excellent local knowledge from Alan. Lovely and quiet too and near the beach.
Bed was a bit hard for me.

Room was clean, warm and comfortable. The host was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was great.
The bathroom window didn’t close which wasn’t a problem as it wasn’t cold but could do with being fixed.

Central to the peninsular beautiful walks. Nearest Inn to Skomar. The host's were very friendly and could not be more helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Plenty of space, including a garden. Forecourt parking.
None.

A wonderful family run business. The staff couldn’t do more to accommodate myself and my daughter. They were above and beyond with our early arrival and dietary requirements. It is rare to be given gluten free sausages anywhere, so it was a welcome surprise!
When I asked for sanitary products, the staff not only helped, but more supplies were bought for me to take on the train. So incredibly thoughtful.
Alan and his daughters are a delight and I wish them every success for the future. We will definitely be back next year, but maybe our party will be bigger after my rave reviews to friends and family.

Location within the village. Good location in order to meet up with extended family, also staying in the village during the same week.
I have had to cancel my booking prior to my stay due to a positive CV19 test and the need to self isolate at home. The Lobster Pot do not respond to emails, and offer reassurances when speaking over the phone to barman Alan, but no actions are taken. I understand that the owner is required to respond, but nothing has been received. I want to resolve this to mutual satisfaction, but no response has been received.
This is increasingly frustrating, and can be resolved quickly, but has not been forthcoming in doing so,
I will continue to pursue this, however any assistance from Booking.com would be greatly appreciated!
