The area was.very safe and secure. The back patio is walled off on all sides and very tall. Parking was secure. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive.
We went during a heat wave and the unit only had 2 working fans for 3 bedrooms. The water pressure in the shower was low but I think that is normal in Mexico.

Almost a perfect location within the heart of Polanco. Beautiful facility with 24 hour security, comfortable beds and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
Noise from cars in the attached garage is noticeable and can interrupt your morning.

Too much artificial light in the social area generates low ambiente in the evenings.
Payment should be viable with credit cards.
