Enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains in this two-level condo! 1 mile from Loon Mountain and 5 miles from Cannon Mountain. Perfect for two couples or a family. (Send the kids upstairs!) Mountain views from the windows, porch and roof deck. TVs and Cable in each sleeping area, plus VCR and DVD. Conveniently located near all amenities in Lincoln. After a long day, unwind in the hot tubs and then relax by our gas fireplace. Play cards and board games. Cook in our fully equipped kitchen (a full supermarket is nearby) or walk to restaurants (they really ARE close by!) and shops. Indoor pool and health club. Seasonal outdoor pool. Want to escape the office for a long weekend? Bring your laptop and use the free Wi-Fi! A/C on both floors. AAA approved.

Cleaning Fee: $120.00 (Not included in nightly rate.)

Close to Nature: Enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains, whether you're hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding or driving the spectacular Kancamangus Highway. During ski season, use the free ski shuttle from the Nordic Inn to Loon Mountain. When you return, relax in the hot tubs and indoor pool.

In the summer, enjoy a wide variety of hiking trails all around the White Mountain National Forest. Hike next to rivers, streams, and waterfalls and feel the weight of the work week melt away! Enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub.

Close to Amenities and Attractions!: Located right on the Kancamangus Highway, you can walk to shops and restaurants. Shop the local supermarket and prepare meals right in the condo, or dine at a number of local steak houses and charming restaurants.

Peruse the local shops for clothing, antiques, quilts, decorative items, furniture, etc. Catch a movie at the local theatre or a live theatre production at the Papermill Theatre.

Minutes away from Whale's Tale Waterpark, where you and your family can spend the entire day floating in the pools, riding the waves, and listening to live music. (Summer only.)

This is a wonderful, roomy two-level condo that has everything you need to enjoy the area. It also is within walking distance of restaurants and stores in town, which can come in handy because of the high traffic level on weekends. The communication with the owner was positive and went smoothly. I recommend it!

A cozy, comfortable, spacious & nicely decorated condo nearby everything you may need in your travels to the Lincoln (Loon Mt) area. Our two young granddaughters enjoyed their upstairs bunks in what is actually a spacious private suite! The pool was a big hit, as well. We all enjoyed skiing, skating, Ice Castles & some delicious meals! Friendly staff, friendly guests … extremely welcoming & enjoyable stay!

Condo is just as pictured. Very clean and beds are comfy. Love the fact you don't have to go outside to get to the pool or gameroom. Lori is very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our getaway weekend.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo is in a great location. There are three bars/restaurants within easy walking distance, which was great for us because it rained one day so we could not ski. The on-site pool was also great for the kids. Check in is done at the front desk with a very nice, informative person. The layout of the condo was perfect for us, a nice. We slept in the big king size bedroom downstairs and our kids were upstairs. Great spot, we hope to stay there again

The unit is set up nicely and is in a good complex and good location. The kids(11-18) liked the loft and took advantage of the pools and game room. It was a short stay but they’re already asking to go back.

Wonderful location and set up for my husband and I and 4 boys(our son and his three friends) for a ski trip. Boys had their own space upstairs to hang out in as well as a pool and game room in the complex. Close to Loon Mountain and all that Lincoln has to offer. Will stay here again when we are in town!

It was an easy ride to Loon mountain. Great restaurants close by. We really liked Common Man. It was the perfect size for me and my two sons (ages 11 & 10), where they enjoyed having their own space upstairs. They also enjoyed the pool and game area.

Great spot near Loon

This was a perfect spot to stay while we enjoyed skiing at Loon. We took advantage of the shuttle bus to the mountain, the workout room, game room, racketball, indoor pool and hot tub. Everything is clean, plenty of towels in the condo, fully equipped kitchen and enough space for a family to spread out and not be on top of each other.

Enjoyed our stay at Nordic Condos in Lincoln, N.H. it's close to everything shops, Loon Mt., restaurants etc. Liked the two full baths, full kitchen, bedrooms and living room. Also convenient an elevator.

We did not spend to much time there always out exploring the area. The place was nice and cozy. The check in/ checkout was fast and easy. All the people were friendly, owner was easy to get a hold of. The kids loved the pools.

Great condo with excellent location

I stayed with my husband, toddler and infant at this property for a weekend so we could get rid of some cabin fever and get my 3 year old on some skis and the condo did not disappoint. The layout was perfect for our little family and it had all the conveniences necessary for a weekend away. The location is perfect, close to downtown and close to Loon. The owners were very easy to work with an low maintenance and I would definitely stay here again.

Affordable but condo needs some TLC.

This was a last minute Labor Day visit so we were happy to find a place. The price was right for a family of five for two nights. The condo was neat But not being cleaned very well (owners may not be aware). I think the showers Were skipped over in the cleaning process. It looked like they hadn't been scrubbed all summer! The unit could use a little more tlc, the railing on the bunk upstairs was wiggly, thankfully I have teens so I wasn't too concerned, couches upstairs were ripped and something as simple as replacing the worn looking comforters throughout the place would make a huge difference! Owners were very easy to work with and I'm sure they'll take this feedback into consideration. We love Lincoln and have rented many places, I would rent here again if some minor updates were made.

My boys and I and their friends had a great weekend at Lori and Peter's place. The LeDoux were very responsive as owners, and the Nordic Inn staff was friendly and helpful. The condo is a great size and layout for a family with kids, the Nordic Inn common areas (pool, game room) were also very nice. I would love to stay here again!

Great stay! King bed was actually comfortable which was a first for us in a ski rental! Kitchen was well equipped, kids were able to walk to and from the pool/game room. Also having the shuttle to the mountain was so convenient! Thank you!

The condo was nicer than in the pictures. It was very clean and organized. Location was great and close to great attractions. (5 minutes from Clarks trading post, 15 from canon mountain and echo lake beach) We really enjoyed the rooftop porch overlooking the mountains. We had a great stay and would come back again. The building staff was also very helpful and nice. Thanks Lori and Pete
