Super comfy bed, gorgeous views from the balcony and beautiful pool and bathing area. Dragen was really lovely and welcoming and even gave us a bowl of figs ❤️
Nice to be out of town, only €8 for a taxi but not close to shops cafes etc. there is a supermarket with a fancy cafe about 10 mins walk.
Would have been nice to have some coffee/tea/water in the apartment for arrival

Great room, nice and clean with a lovely balcony. Pool area very nice as well. Short distance outside the city but easy to get an Uber to city centre.

A lovely modern flat with views over the water. All good facilities in the room. The balcony was sizeable. The pool was a nice size and we had it to ourselves a lot of the time. Dragan and his dad, Dragan are lovely hosts and very friendly. A short walk can be taken into Stobreč for a swim or an evening meal, if you aren't driving. We also walked to the nearby Lidl which wasn't far.
The neighbour, who overlooked the pool, popped out like a cuckoo clock whenever we went for a swim. She tried to stare us down. This doesn't sound like much, but it was every time, she seemed to want to intimidate us. We weren't making much noise, but she still waved her hands at us and looked cross, not much fun when you are trying to relax. Some green foliage could put a stop to this.
My son found an abandoned bag of crisps under the bed from the previous occupant and he decided to eat them!

Really peaceful. Beautiful views of the sea, islands... an ever changing vista.
Lovely clean air, smells of flowers, figs, just beautiful. Apartment was really great too. Spacious, tasteful, modern, well equipped. Pool area is lovely.
Each of the 4 apartments has a gorgeous view, as they are have a south facing terrace, so don't be concerned about getting the right one...
It's a gloriously peaceful place. And there's a lovely welcome from Dragan, who lives on site Almost like having your own villa and concierge..!
There's a sea swimming spot about 6 mind walk away. Ask Dragan.. venture a but further and you're on the main town beach.
2 nice cafes and a mini Market, 8 minutes walk away; ask Dragan for the shortcut.. (ignore Google maps)
And 30 mins walk away in the opposite direction is Stobrec, a peaceful little tourist oriented centre, with beautiful stony beaches (with sun beds for hire, near the campsite),, not too busy (June), fabulous restaurants (try Charlies), lots of cafes, some nice bars (great cocktails).
Split centre is superb, recommend a walking tour.
Also, Split Mall is really good for shopping fix.
Recommend Uber rather than taxis which are expensive in Split.
The nearest restaurant/ place to eat is 30 min walk away. But if you have a car, that's totally fine. There's 2 cafes 8 minutes walk away, which are nice, but they don't serve food so, plan ahead, if you have a late flight!
Also, there's a bus stop 7 mins walk way, with a very regular service into Split. ( ignore Google maps, and ask Dragan, who lives in site, for directions!).

Amazing apartment! Had everything we needed for our time there. The host was lovely and friendly and always checked we were happy. We really enjoyed our time here!
It wasn’t a problem for us but it’s a little out of the town, 10min Uber, which are cheap. But we preferred this as the main area gets very busy

Lovely spacious apartment (I was in 1st Floor West), well equipped, very clean, aircon great, nice private balcony to relax on after a long day sightseeing, pool area lovely (and very quiet when I was staying). Location is an easy/cheap 10 mins Uber ride from Split Old Town, which suited me to have a fantastic base location to return to! The On-Site Manager also could not have been nicer. Check-in/check-out all very smooth at the property.
Nothing - all good! :-)

A car is useful, or get around by Uber

Very clean apartment - lovely pool and sea view - owner very friendly and helpful - location much quieter than city centre. Relaxing to sit on balcony in evening.
The outside part of air conditioning unit was right outside bedroom window of our particular apartment, and quite noisy whilst trying to sleep

It is a good bit out from the Split city centre but bus into the city is only €1

We had a brilliant stay here- the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The apartments were spotless and modern with a quiet private pool area and stunning sea views. Location was slightly outside of Split centre but taxis are cheap and easy to get so this wasn’t ever an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartments were really nice and peaceful. A 10 minute cliffside walk to a quiet beach with Crystal clear waters, and a £4 15 minute Uber ride into the centre of split. Nearby supermarkets are about a 10-15 minute walk based on which ones you choose (Plodine vs Lidl). The pool was excellent and the indoor apartment space was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more from the stay.
