The property was okay, it was in a nice location and children had fun in the pool.
The pool doesn’t have much maintenance, gets dirty very quickly and filter is only on for a short time so water goes very cloudy and not nice.
Child safety gate doesn’t work and just pushes straight open, although this is pointless anyway because my baby could fit through the gaps underneath it and at the sides so had to keep it blocked up with all the suitcases and chairs from inside the villa. No stair gate on the stairs going upstairs.
Kitchen is very out dated, kitchen cupboards peeling. Dishwasher doesn’t work.
I had previously read reviews about it being noisy and thought oh it’s only bins being emptied, however it is so loud! 1.30 in the morning every morning comes a bin lorry and it is so loud, wakes the children up. Just a right racket every night, impossible to sleep through even if you have had a drink!
No air conditioning just fans which doesn’t help it just blows warm air at you and again very loud, lights don’t work in twin bedroom which was a problem for my children.
Gap under the door of the property which lets big cockroaches in!
Bathroom door upstairs does not open.
When sat outside on a night the outside lights don’t work round the patio area.
For the price I paid for 2 weeks which was £3900 then another £120 which booking.com charged me, I expected it to be a lot better however my children enjoyed it so that made me happy.

Spacious, private, own pool, excellent location in La Calleta, comfortable beds, TV box with English channels and all necessary amenities. Taxi rack on the street outside and plenty of parking. Some very nice restaurants close by. Very welcoming hosts.
Pool very cold (not heated), some late night noice from the recycling bins opposite the street when restaurants were dumping their bottles, no necessities such as washing liquid for the washing machine or basic stuff for the kitchen (such as coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. which would have been nice).

No AC old equipment and quite dirty around pool area

Villa was really clean and cosy, it is everything what needed, from kitchen furniture to towels, bbq grill, washing machine, TV, WFI and much more.
Best place to stay with the family, neighbourhood was calm no one partying, no loud music or something like that. Place was closed from main street, you have your own personal place.
At the end It is was nice stay, may even better when to stay in hotels. The staff was taking good care of us, and being very helpful and kind!
Location was not the best, just up to the road it is waste point where everyone expecially restaurant owners throwing waste so it is always noise event at night time someone is throwing out bottles.
Swimming pool was not cleaned during the stay, it was one guy caming to clean swimming pool but instead of cleaning they add only more chemicals (chloride tablets and so on) to keep water clean but entire rubbish, rocks, sands from swimming pool was not cleaned entire stay.

The location was perfect. Parking in front of the Villa, the sea was very near, many restaurants all around. Supermarkets and shops few steps away. The pool was great and clean. It was quiet at night so it was fine to rest.
Lights in the outdoor area, near the barbecue, where there is a table are very poor. It is difficult to cook and to eat at night.

It was incredibly comfortable to have your own swimming pool. Kids loved it! And grown ups could enjoy the sunbeds and taking your drinks while the kids were in the pool.
The villa is very spacious with nice little ambiences all around (dinning table, terrace table, roof terrace, swimming pool sunbeds...
Lyndsay was very kind and available to provide anything that you may need.

The location
It was very run down and poorly kept in shape. Cockroaches here and there even in the bed! Towels had stains and didn't look clean nor neat. Furniture uncomfortable and run down, garden furniture for dining room furniture! Beds were very uncomfortable and worn.
We had a thunderstorm and the house leaked in several places. No AC. The house is located next to a bottle container which resulted in severe noise when bottles from all the restaurants were throwing out the bottles until three and even four o'clock in the morning.
Very unambiguous overall!!!
