Well equipped and spotlessly clean room, good coffee, super location
Loved everything

The apartment was super clean and the rooftop pool was awesome! We have booked here but the first room we’ve got was not the same we’ve booked - there were some technical issues, but the Ninfea staff fixed the problem immediately (offered not one but two other options).
The location is also great and the kitchen and dining room are both well equipped!

The appartment was big and clean. The location is very close to the beach.

The apartments are very nice, some have more storage room than others. Beds are very good, A/C works very well. Beach is just a short walk. Breakfast is for Italian standards very good. Have stayed there since 2018, often 2x per year.
I liked it better when they had all breakfast drinks in bottles rather than the automated thing, I think they changed it in mid 2020 during the first major Covid wave - probably for hygienic reasons.
4.0 / 10.0
- the location is great, few steps from the promenade and the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance
- the terrace of the Cupido suite was big
- the decoration of the room was nice
- comfy beds, two different types of pillows
First of all the Cupido suite is on the 2nd floor out of 5 floors, so you will have neighbours above you. You hear EVERYTHING: steps, moving of furniture, talks etc. It is very noisy.
The cleaning crew (on demand only!! with 24hrs notice) cleans thoroughly but as they are there between 8 - 10 am, they will make a lot of noise and wake you up. Also, they like to ignore the "Do not disturb" sign and just come inside your room. We had to get reception involved, to have them removed when they wanted to clean the whirlpool (and the whirlpool only, nothing else is cleaned unless you request it).
The kitchen facililties are lacking, you get the bare minimum of dish washer tabs and there is no household paper available. Also nothing to cook like salt, spices etc. You even have to ask for more toilet paper and the shampoo is not restocked as well, unless you specifically ask for it, but also then it might take mulitple requests.
The wifi is superbad and not very useful, we had to use roaming the whole stay.
You get a voucher for a sunbed and parasol at the beach, which is located on the public part of the beach, where also other visitors can purchase a sunbed. If someone listens to music on loudspeakers next to you, just deal with it since the staff won't do anything about it.
If you need to reach reception after 7 pm, just hope someone from one of the "emergency" numbers picks up, which was not the case for us, even after we involved booking.com (at 9 pm because the neighbours above us were screaming and listening to music on full blast).
All in all the service is basic at best, everything is on request like cleaning, towels, toilet paper etc. And it is very noisy! We cannot recommend this accommodation, especially at the price point of the Cupido suite. In this room your relaxation and comfort relies heavily on the neighbours upstairs, if they stomp around like a pair of step dancers, you will have a hard time.

The rooftop pool and the terrace were really nice. The breakfast was in a restaurant close to the hotel and it was really good with fresh fruits and all lot of sweets. It is great that it is possible to order some food in that restaurant to the hotel (we even ate at the terrace :)).
The apartment was quite small and as it was in the first floor, therefore we had no good view and it was quite noisy in the morning.

This aparthotel in Caorle was exceeding our expectations. Our room was designed for romantic stay for couples but we also checked out bigger apartments for longer stay with kids and all type was extremely well designed and furnished. Strong Wifi, good air conditioner, big TV set with SKY channels and so on. Breakfast was in a nearby (20 meter) restaurant and it was also superb. The location is extremely central, the beach is practically 3 minutes walk and the beautiful old town is also not more than 5 minutes.

Absolutely unique place. Beautiful, tastefully furnished apartments with everything you could need. Rooftop pool with a nice place to relax. Nice, helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts in the restaurant next door. Very close to the sea (beach service included), the old town and the port. I sincerely recommend

The breakfast was truly amazing! The staff were so friendly and there were plenty of gluten free options to choose from.
The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The only thing that was a bit odd was that I was meant to get a room with a kitchenette, which wasn't the case (but it was okay in hindsight, as probably wouldn't have used it in the end). The rooftop terrace & pool with great views were lovely too! Loved the little bonus of hire bikes with the accommodation too.
Everything was great
