My daughters and I were really impressed by the professionalism and kindness of all the members of staff at Silk Sense H

Lovely spot, great swimming pool, fantastic food but mainly the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. A special mention to Ms Thuy (restaurant manager), Mr Tung (swimming pool staff) and Ms Nhunhg (reception staff), particularly went above and beyond for us. Thanks to all again. Lydia M.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Khách sạn sạch sẽ. Bể bơi vô cực muối khoáng và có 8 đầu sục massage rất thư giãn. KS có xe đạp cho mượn miễn phí. Có xe điện miễn phí đến phố cổ và bãi biển cách 1,5km (nhưng rất ít chuyến trong ngày, và phải đăng ký trước ít nhất 1 tiếng)

Vị trí xa trung tâm, buồn, xung quanh ít các quán cà phê cũng như nhà hàng. Đồ ăn sáng (đồ Á) ít món, ko ngon lắm (còn đồ Âu mình ko ăn nên ko biết). Bãi biển cách 500m ko phải bãi riêng của resort, phải băng qua đường cái mới đến và hiện đang bị sụt cát, ko tắm dc.

Staying at the pool villa was the best thing about the resort. Staff were wonderful.

Breakfast selection was good but the cooked buffet was cold. Spa services and Laundry services were excellent. We stayed in a pool Villa which was fantastic. Welcome and farewell cakes were a lovely touch.

Public areas were not as large as we expected them to be.

Lovely resort with great staff.

Lovely resort with great facilities and extremely helpful and kind staff. Vũ was particularly generous and friendly towards us and helped make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic. There are regular free shuttle buses in and out of the centre of Hoi An, which take about 15 minutes each way.

A beautiful hidden gem hotel! Superb for families

Where to start! As a family of 4 looking for some chilled time in Vietnam this hotel was perfect! Rooms and beds are small so be sure to upgrade to a larger room if you have children. We were made to feel so welcome at this hotel, all the staff went to extra effort to get to know us and the children and nothing was too much hassle. The pool facilities were lovely, swimming pool was big and all very clean. The shower of water in the pool was exciting everytime it came on, it was as if we were swimming in the rain! The spa was very nice and the massage I had was very good. We took part in all the activities that could be arranged through the hotel, the members of staff who took us to these activities were great, helpful and welcoming. Our children got involved in all the activities on offer, their favourite was the Vietnamese lessons, the ladies who gave the lessons were so kind, patient and encouraging. We were pleased this hotel was just a shuttle ride away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, it was really a little haven and we would recommend anyone visiting this area stays there!

Just to rooms and beds on the small size so be sure to upgrade if you have children

Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. Breakfast was very nice with lots to choose. Location outside of Hoi An but there was a shuttle provided by the hotel twice a day. Staff very helpful about everything and very friendly. Definitely will recommend the hotel.

Nice facilities, breakfast buffet (when in operation) was varied.

breakfast buffet only seems to operate when the hotel is up to a certain capacity - this isn’t advertised when booking. Whilst there is an “a la carts” option available instead - this doesn’t include all the options available when the buffet is operating - so whilst you can order as much as you want, the options are more limited when that option is in operation.

Almost everything was good, service, room, price, swimming pool and so on.

Cua Dai Beach near the resort seemed to be no use to go. Everyone says it's An Bang Beach that you should go to.

Personnel was amazing, room were comfortable, big with amazing view, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were excellent, the breakfast (especially the pancakes) was super & the area was very nice 10’ by car from the old town!

Wonderful stay with fresh air

Good view and open space. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is extremely attractive to my kid.

Breakfast is just fine. At night, it's a bit lacking of light. Understandable since it's still a hard time with covid.

An amazing relaxing atmosphere, leaving us refreshed and well rested.

The staff is incredibly efficient and friendly. We had an amazing stay, and they have great customer service. They are quick to respond to the needs of the customer. They are willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast buffet is great, and the facilities are new and well taken care off. Looking forward to our next visit.
