Terrace has a lovely view. Easy access to the clean and quiet pool. Quiet location. Parking a huge asset in August. Kitchen well stocked with utensils.
Got very warm in the bedrooms, so the fans are essential. Walk into town is no problem for adults and older children but might be pushing the limits of what 3-5 year olds can manage if doing it once or twice a day.

The property was quite spacious, with a nice balcony. We enjoyed using the BBQ on the balcony and it had very good sea views. Overall the property was quite well equipped. We thought the location was good with nice views on the walk to town.
There were a couple of huge issues that greatly affected our stay. There were no curtains or blinds on any of the windows, including the bathroom and w/c, which caused a privacy issue. Our main bone of contention however, were the wooden shutters on the bedroom window. We knew the apartment had no aircon, which was not a problem, but without curtains or blinds we had to rely on the worn out shutters. These could either be fully open or fully closed. Open meant we had no privacy, the room was full of mosquitoes and broad daylight at 5 o'clock in the morning. Closed meant the room was stifling hot with no air. There was one floor standing fan in the apartment, but it was in such a dreadful, filthy state we did not want to turn it on. Either way we did not get a good nights sleep in 5 nights - we left absolutely shuttered (sorry shattered). On this basis we would not stay in this apartment again.

As this was October, the complex was quiet, and in a great location so we could easily walk into town. Sea view from the balcony was lovely! Comfortable mattress so we slept well. Kitchen very well equipped.
Everything was fine! Except for the mosquitos (not the fault of the property!). We were disappointed that the pool was closed and the pool area locked.

Un excellent location! You can visit Collioure by foot any time, even with kids. They will be enjoying to walk along the sea.
The bedrooms are spacious. Everybody can keep his space even at 6 people.
The owner is always available.
High recommended!!!

The house is just perfectly located, with an amazing view of the sea from both the terrace and the main bedroom. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Moreover, the house is located close to the main city, different restaurants, and to the St. Elme walking path. We were able to make a morning walk to the castle and then relax at the beach. A supermarket (Lidl) is super close by: car less than 5 minutes, walking around 10 min. We hope to come next year again, Colliure has so much to offer and this holiday home is just perfect!

Well equipped, well furnished, comfortable, lovely sea view.
While we knew that property was a bit away from main facilities - it was up a long winding road. There were steep stairs to access the property. This should perhaps be made clear - a car is necessary for anyone with even slight mobility issues, and there is no public transport. Parking in nearby Collioure could also be difficult at weekends and high season. For anyone with more serious mobility issues the stairs up to the property makes access very difficult.

The location was excellent concerning the view from the balcony and for younger people with good knees the center is within a walking distance. Everything was as described on the Booking.com website. Martine responded to our questions quickly and the property was spacious, calm and clean. Parking was easy and free on the property, yet in the center of Collioure it is paid parking. Shopping for groceries was easy with Lidl behind the corner. The pool was fantastic - at the end of May I had it all for myself!
We found the right garage door, but we had some problems finding the actual apartment. (It would be good to use more specific instructions, e.g. You will find the stairs leading to the apartment only a few steps from the garage). Parking in Collioure was challenging even in May, but we always managed to find a place.
