Très bon séjour

Belles chambres confortables et bel hôtel bien placé

Inégalité de l'attention du personnel mais globalement très bien. La baignoire serait mieux en douche.

Exceptional

Hotel is fantastic. Great location, first of all. Super clean. Staff is very nice, must say. Hotel rooms are spacious, really big ones, bathroom as well. Wi-fi no issues, TV working great, therefore one of the most pleasant hotels I ever stayed at. Thanks.

Absolutely satisfying

In fact all very, very good but one thing (see below).

Bathroom had one minor issue and that would be the shower head in the bath. There is nothing to keep the shower head so when you want to shower you need to keep it in one hand and try to wash yourself with the other. However even that is a challenge because the hose is quite short for a standing shower and so you must bend you knees to get the shower over your head. So if that will be fixed there is absolutely nothing to discuss.

Pleasant stay in the beautiful city of Trnava.

Huge apartment with plenty of space. Nice location within the city close to restaurants, shopping, and fitness centers. The hotel room was clean and the city was even better than expected.

Some breakfast dishes not clean. Decent breakfast but could be improved by keeping dairy iced/cold. A/C worked but not 100% on a hot week.

Great room size. But the bed was not great.

The room had 2 single beds put together. Each bed had single covers and bedding. This was unacceptable for us as we were on a couples get away. we asked for double or bigger sheets but they didn't have this.

Very good

After about 45 minutes there was no WLAN anymore. I had to wait about 15 minutes to reconnect my Laptop an Mobilephone again. That is why you can not really work in the hotel room.

Nice and convenient hotel

Room and facilities seemed modern and were comfortable/convenient. The hotel is close by to a shopping centre, bakery, pub etc.

Breakfast could have been better in my opinion.

Nice spacious room

very very poor breakfast. not even a single vegetable. you can make sandwich, cereals and get eggs. at least good coffee from nice coffee machine.
