Staff were friendly. Hotel needs improvement

Location

Wasn’t what I booked. Smell of cigarette smoke in room despite supposedly being a non smoking hotel, there was also an ashtray on dining table which confirmed it must be allowed. The bedroom was dusty and the living room had damage to the walls and cigarette burns on the sofa. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything outside and in, including when people in other rooms are using their bathroom!!

Great stay at loft 1502

Apartment space very good. Staff great, needed to wash clothes throughout the week and staff done a great job to help us out hotel offering cleaning services is a great add on. Very cheap for two peoples clothes.

Investment for the company to offer a selection of crisp snacks and drinks down at the drinks station near reception, great add on as we travelled 15 minutes walk to local garage most nights for drinks and snacks.

I would come again.

Very nice & kind staff. 24 hour open reception desk. Generally nice & clean looking building. Good location (if you rent a car).

The room was not ready at 2pm.

It is a decent place for the money

It is an apartment style residential place, conveniently located by the beach.

Beach is high and rocky - not accessible until you pay fee to access the wooden platform style area. City center is 20 minutes car drive. Sand beach is about 5 km away

The apartment was clean and tidy.

The apartment was advertised as having a kitchenette and being well equipped, and there were just two rings and a kettle, Very basic utensils, no toaster or micro wave, no sharp knife for slicing bread or tomatoes as such. Very disappointed as I stayed 12 days while I had dental treatment and to prepare my food around the treatment, but struggled with the lack of basic kitchen utensils.

Overall the apartment was clean, but fairly basic.

Great location with lots of shops restaurants within a few minute walk.

The main side of the building is opposite a school and noise from early morning is horrendous; wasn’t able to have a lie in. The apartment had no kitchen equipment - nor saucepan, frying pan, chopping board, corkscrew, bottle opener, wine glass. It was not possible to cook your own food The freezer had loads of empty and semi-full ice bags. It would have been nice for it to be clean/empty.

A very good option if you are in the mood for a vacation in the "Hiking" format, and not "Romance".

Very cozy and great location to snorkel. Common area in the lobby with teddy bears.

Lots of little annoying things. Hooks in the bathroom fell off, on the balcony a very unreliable limiter.

friendly staff, room size.

The windows of the hotel overlook the school. the distance to the school is 20 meters. it is simply impossible to be in the room. the bed is hard, the blanket is just a thin sheet. rather poor set of dishes in the kitchen. the doors are skewed for this reason, the door to the bedroom simply did not close. as a result, after staying only one night, I moved to another hotel, losing the cost of this.

memorable stay in a great location

The staff was extremely considerate and nice which made the stay memorable despite the fact that one of the air conditioners in the bedroom of the flat stopped working. The main in-charge of the property went above and beyond to compensate for any inconvenience and helped us out a lot. Customer service was exceptional, would definitely recommend.

We had some problems but I would stay here again.

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was perfect, the location was also great with plenty of on street parking

Our room had no hot water and they were unable to get a maintenance person there quickly. I ended up fixing the problem myself and they did offer to let us move rooms or shower in another room but it was very late and we had an early start next day. The WIFI was also a problem and they need to provide a card with printed details as the lady at reception did not speak English and hand wrote a note that was difficult to understand

Very friendly working people will always be ready to help and advise, and the maids are amazing, the room was cleaned every day. Thanks to everyone who works at Loft 1502. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Wow! Amazing 5 star experience

Excellent Rooms with a true 5 star experience. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Staff very friendly especially Merve who was a breath of fresh air from the Start. Very helpful and always readily available. Location is decent with Malls accessible at a walking distance. Overall my stay with family was amazing. The kids loved it.

One of the best holidays I had in Antalya.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is not on a very crowded place. So during the evening it’s quite.

Good place to return

Nice location, building look, great design and super friendly staff!

Soundproofing could be better, we haven’t light bulbs in bedside lamps and it wasn’t be fixed unfortunately (I told about it)

Loved it. Comfy loft and friendly staff, especially the receptionist girl. She was the sweetest 💚 Huge amount of facilities around the place. The mall is near and to sum up, a very nice place to stay.

Very good

The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels replaced. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful in providing directions for taxi drivers where language was an issue.

Luggage storage isn't a secure area but just in reception. This was fine for me but others who might have belongings that need more security than this might need a different solution I was needing to work remotely a few days and in the breakfast area which is a quiet area to work there are only 2 power points to plug in a laptop or phone to charge.

fabulous stay. lovely people and accomodation. will come back again!

upon arrival we were upgraded, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. they recommended great places for us to visit and were so chatty when we’d leave/come back to the property. staff members Umay and Ecem were lovely and very quick to help out with any questions we had, they made us feel very welcome in the property
