Superb

Very spacious room with comfortable beds, air-conditioning and also very spacious bathroom with nice shower ( very much appreciated after a long journey). The apartment is located in a very quite area and the hosts were truly nice, welcoming and helpful.

For what we needed, it worth the money. We stayed 8 nights, me with my wife and our 10 year boy. The room was big, with

Very clean location. The host is realy doing a great job and puts a lot of accent on cleaning. Free parking on the spot, no problems.

Little far from bus stations and point of interests, but we didnt go for vacation, so it was OK for us. The balcony and the fridge were shared with another room, but not really a problem.

Avoid this place

The sheets were clean, room was large and hosts were friendly but no excuses for not cleaning before we arrived in my opinion.

We found ants in the kitchen, generally the place was not clean, my wife had to hygenize the bathroom, especially the toilet seat, when we got there half-in the day (should have had time to clean, but there's no excuse anyway). Mold in the kitchen, not good. Outside the house in the yard they have a large dog that they keep locked all the time and it smells accordingly. Thing is you are invaded by the smell each time you open the door. And last but not least, no parking space! I argued with neighbours each time I had to park the car.

Nice place for staying

I liked the host, very friendly and helpful! The convenience stores are nearby and from walking distance. You can walk about 30 minutes to the nearest beach in Constanța, City Mall, Tabacariei Park and about 45 minutes to Faleza Nord Constanța.

Ok, but with a small technical issue

Clean room

We had a technical issue - at night, when we arrived from the beach, the hot water wasn't working. It was late and we didn't inform the owners, but in the morning when we left we told them about the situation.
