TODO MUY BIEN

Las muchachas de la recepcion super atentas, dispuestas a colaborar, el desayuno muy bueno y abundante, y variado, la ubicación excelente, cerca al centro comercial paseo la galeria, zona muy segura.

No volvería a este hotel, ni lo recomendaría.

El desayuno muy bueno igual que la ubicación. Con respecto al personal del comedor fueron muy atentos. El estacionamiento muy bien también.

La atención de la recepción deja muchísimo que desear, especialmente en el horario nocturno. En nuestro caso nos cambiaron tres (3) veces de habitación, por falta de agua caliente en una, falta de ventana en otro caso y falta de bidet, condiciones requeridas por nosotros, en la que nos quedamos fallaba la iluminación y el aire acondicionado goteaba sobre una de las camas y las ventanas de las habitaciones que dan al patio interno están expuestas a muchísimo ruido por parte de personas que permanecen conversando muy fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche, es muy difícil conciliar el sueño y el personal del hotel lo permite. Tampoco en todo el tiempo que estuvimos en contacto con el hotel antes de iniciar el viaje, no nos mencionaron que no tomaban dólares cara chica, lo cual nos obligó a replantear si nos quedábamos allí. En mi caso, después de manejar más de 16 horas lo primero que necesitaba era descansar y tomar una ducha caliente, lo cual no pude hacer al momento de llegar. Si bien el trato siempre fue cordial, cabe aclarar que en ningún momento nos pidieron disculpas por las molestias, excepto una de las chicas del turno diurno, pero recién lo hizo luego de que se lo mencioné. La respuesta ante un inconveniente era automática "le cambiamos la habitación" sin mediar disculpas y de nuevo a mudar todo. Por otra parte, las atenciones del hotel las debimos solicitar nosotros, y con varias insistencias, realmente fueron muchas las molestias. Puedo dejar pasar las fallas, son cosas que pueden pasar, pero no la falta de disculpas o atenciones con el pasajero por las molestias.

No fue grata ni comoda.

El desayuno variado.

Habitaciones pésimas con olor a baño. Secador de pelo conectado directo al toma corriente con los cables a la vista. Piso al caminar con medias quedaron negras, mal olor en toallas y ropa de cama. El estacionamiento no da a basto por lo que el auto quedo afuera.

Good place to stay if you dont have fancy expectations

The checking and the checkout times, are great! The bedroom was nice. The breakfast is great The pool is really good, there is a good vibe there The gym is ok too There is a massage and spa, I didn't try The restaurant is good

The staff, really bad attention There was a a little smell in the entire hotel to swager

The location was convenient.

the bedding was stained, the floor was dirty, black hair noticed everywhere. non patrons had access to the pools.

They never asked for our documents to check in . The reservation was non existen in their system.

Unfortunately I did not like anything about our stay . This is the first negative comment iv written in my life .

We checked in and were not registered in the bookings confirmation. They showed us 3 rooms before we actually got settled. 1 of the rooms had a broken water heater . They told me to shower in 1 room but sleep in another . Later that night they moved me to a room that was actually what I booked . On the way out of our stay They said we ordered room service we didn't order . After reviewing the cameras they offered to give back the amount they took . However we had already departed airport at the time they realized. Extremely unfortunate. We actually ended up late to our meetings specifically because of the delay of our entry with Alpes. Iv never written a bad review but this was an unacceptable stay. From start to finish .

great cost/benefit relation for a short stay for work

For work is good, not so much traffic, it comes in handy when every day someone has to pick you up and drop you at the hotel. The breakfast is really great, full of options from coffee to fruits, sausages and scrambled eggs. I was there for three days and it was a good stay. As a bonus, five streets away to your right is a lovely shopping mall where you can eat and change money, among other many options.

it was a pleasant stay, although the rooms are very small

Location is great, close to paseo la galería and shopping del sol, 10 min driving, is easy to take Uber or bolt in this location.

I didn’t like the gym, the trademill doesn’t work, just few weights

Used to be better, with fewer customers I would have thought they could have cleaned up the place.

Room was ready, wifi worked, shower had hot water, bed was OK, bar service was OK.

Something like vomit on the wall by the bed (room 550), electric outlet in the bathroom didn't work (but there was a blow dryer connected with wires going behind the wall plate), few channels available on TV, coffee machine only gave about 1/2 ounce per serving.
