Tranquil setting with an open floor plan and all the amenities to make you feel at home. Tuft and Needle beds for all your sweet dreams.
Bedroom one has a king size bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom two has two full beds. Dining table has seating for eight, plenty of room for everyone to sit down together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, blender, electric griddle, and toaster. Everything you need if you want to prepare a meal
There are two flat screen TV's, one in the LR and another in master BR. You will have access to Spectrum cable TV with sports and movie channels and high speed internet.
Covered Patio with a large backyard and plenty of parking in addition to a two-car garage. Property is the guest house on the front of owner’s 7-acre horse farm and animal sanctuary.

We loved staying at this house. Everything was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were in town for a church conference at the Classic Center, and had a less than 10 minute drive from here. Heather was great to work with and communication was super easy. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed out stay at the quaint little farm house. The location is convenient (basically 15 minutes from almost everything in Athens). The hosts are polite and responsive. The house is very clean and cozy. The back porch is perfect for bird watching. The cats are very friendly and love attention

We truly enjoyed this property being about 10 minutes away from downtown and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. Publix was a 3 min drive. The house was remodeled and tastefully decorated, beds comfortable, and everything else is available for a comfortable stay.

My family and I stayed here while celebrating our anniversary visiting Athens. We had a great time exploring the city. This house is the perfect place to stay! The owners were very attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. The house was absolutely immaculate and was stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was easy to see how much thought had gone into keeping guests comfortable! Thank you for making us feel totally at home! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Heather & Doug’s place for a weekend in Athens and to see a Georgia football game. Long story short, it was excellent!! The house itself was perfect for our group of 4. It’s well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially in the kitchen. The house was clean and tidy on arrival, and the rules for cleaning up prior to check out were simple. Location-wise it’s not too far from downtown, and we didn’t have to wait long to get Ubers into town. We were also able to get a quick pizza delivery later at night. Communication with our hosts was great; they were very responsive and made sure we were settled in on arrival.

Our host Heather was phenomenal. She was easy to reach, very responsive, and accessible if needed. She went beyond our expectations when an unexpected need arose. I would describe the house as having a warm "cottage feel" in a quiet neighborhood close to groceries and just a short distance from shopping and event locations. The house was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, clean as a whistle, and well-equipped for our needs. Our grandkids visited and especially enjoyed the Legos, the Roku TV, and the spacious yard where we played catch (baseball). Also we enjoyed the songbirds and other signs of nature around us. The day we departed was a rainy day and the garage was a bonus benefit allowing us to load the car out of the rain. We unreservedly recommend this place. Our 13-year old granddaughter said, "You need to stay here again!" That said it all for us.

This home is quite simply fabulous. I'm pretty sure it may be a hidden gem! The owners have left out nothing to ensure you enjoy this property. The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much everything you can think you might need. The dining table is excellent for dinner and many family games. They have selected the perfect bed sofa for the living room for multiple people and I have yet to mention the bedrooms!! Good supply of towels (not the silly hotel size, but usual size.). Bidet in master bath. My family and friends were meeting up with my son who was working in Athens and this was quite simply the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving with him. The home lacked nothing and simply watching the leaves fall from the front windows was beautiful. If you are looking for somewhere to spend with family or friends to escape the rest of the world, this is your haven. Why spend money on hotel rooms when you can stay in this really nice little holiday home and created memories? The owners could not have been nicer.

A very pleasant and beautiful place

The property is appointed as a home: very comfortable furnishing for sitting and gathering. Generous supply of comfort items i.e. pillows, throws, blankets. Easy dining for 8 and a kitchen, well suited for cooking and enjoying meals as a family or gather with friends. Sleeping accommodations and bathrooms are well appointed and supplied with quality towels, sheets and bedding, pillows etc. . We enjoyed the quiet setting of the neighborhood and the surroundings of the farmland. Location is convenient to all areas of town using bypass or in town routes. We have regular trips to Athens scheduled around each year and hope to be back regularly. The price per night is highly compatible with mid level hotels in town but affords much nicer and private space and tranquility. We would recommend this property and are thankful to the owners for investing so much attention and resources to making it a home away from home.

This open and airy place had everything we needed for a great 3 day stay. The design and amenities were thoughtful and added so much to our comfort and enjoyment. We planned to cook during the stay and had all the kitchen tools, pans and bowls and plates we needed to make some nice meals. The property is a few minutes out of town so it is quiet, convenient and perfect for visiting UGA. Definitely returning when we come back to visit Athens! Thank you Heather, Doug and Mila! 💕

Great location, convenient to downtown! We had such a great stay at this property! It was so clean, and had everything we needed to host a small dinner party. Heather was amazing to work with. She even left us a small Christmas tree to enjoy during our stay! She was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for the dinner party. The beds were soft and comfy...The gas burning fireplace was wonderful. We enjoyed snuggling in front of it on the cozy sectional. We will definitely book this property in the future!
