Relaxation in Fontane Bianche

We had a fantastic time at Villa Lucia. It was within easy reach of many historic towns (we loved Modica particularly) and the local beaches. The pool was great, used many times per day (lit up at night for swimming as well). The local restaurants were good (La Capannina was excellent value - squid recommended). Carola was a lovely host - be sure to visit her excellent cafe in Cassibile for the best granita we tasted in Sicily - confirmed by all our group ! Ciao - a presto!

We enjoyed the villa and the hospitality of the owner

We had an exceptional vacation at the villa. The owner is a very hospitable lady. Any question is answered immediately. The villa has all the necessary facilities to make it a worry-free and relaxing vacation. It is well located on the side of the seaside town of Fontane Bianche. By car you have quick access to beautiful towns nearby such as Siracusa & Noto.

Beautiful villa with pool in quiet location perfect spot for exploring Sciliy

What a great villa, clean, well presented and well equipped. The pool was amazing with views across the valley and very quiet. A good location to explore the South East coast of Italy but also walking distance so some good restaurants. Càrola the host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great place!

Greate house which is suitable for family trip or group of friends :) Carola was very helpful and explain everything before and at arrival. House is well equiped. With big garden, place for bbq, pool, and beautiful view. Walking distance to nice beach. I really recommend this villa if you are considering stay around Fontane Bianche.

Exceptional

The location is great, so close to a gorgeous beach. Spacious villa with a huge outdoor area, great view to the hills and a beautiful garden with a pool. My whole family loved it there!

If there would be a dishwasher that would be great but literally no other comments.

Villa Lucia, Amazing Pool

The host of the property Carola was excellent, very friendly and responded to any requests very quickly. The Villa itself was fantastic on a very quiet road yet only a few minutes walk from the lovely beach of Fontane Bianche, Clear water and lots of food choices at the beach. The villa was very clean and had all the facilities you would need on holiday, including washer and dryer, BBQ, Pizza Oven, the modern style property bedrooms are a good size and toilets and showers nicely decorated. Good kitchen facilities. The garden of the Villa was great, lots of outdoor seating with great views in a very peaceful and quiet environment, the private pool was beautiful and lots of fun and to cool off on those hot days and evenings, there is also a shower next to the pool. Property is well located for trips to Ortigia, Noto, Marzamemi, we highly recommend a beach called Agua Beach, which is near Marzamemi and around 30 mins drive away.

Would recommend this villa ⭐️

The Villa was beautiful, very clean and the air conditioned bedrooms were invaluable. it felt very private and the pool was just perfect with the views of the mountains

Excellent /Perfetto!

The host Carola is very friendly and nice. She is always available for questions and very helpful. The house is cosy and charming, a real family house. Excellent for two families with teenagers. There are several sitting areas around the house for everyone. There are nice bars and restaurants in the close neighbourhood.

The see and the beaches are very beautiful and very close by the house (on walking distance) However, there is a lot of seewead on the beach whcih makes it difficult to go into the see. This is the responsibility for the Municipality and not a fault of the house owner. Please note that the beach clubs are open as of the first of May.

Really exceptional place to stay. Quite and extremely relaxing with all the comfort you could expected. Owners are really nice and available and all is done to facilitate your stay. I’ll recommend without any doubt.
