Overall we had a nice time but hotel needs a few improvements.

The staff were lovely, always available and always accommodating. The kids pool was a great depth for toddlers and small children. The location was beautiful-right on the beach. The beach and hotel were kept very clean and the food was delicious and fresh.

Some of the facilities are tired and need replacing. Most of the kids slides in the swimming pool on the pictures are no longer there. There’s no children’s playground. The hotel ran out of most alcohol other than beer (they had no gin, rum or vodka).

Mon séjour a été exceptionnel

Le paysage

Certains services de chambre n'étaient pas systématiquement fait chaque jour, il faut réclamer au personnel d'abord. Service tel que: savon dans la douche, bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Très tôt le matin il n'y a personne à la réception ni tard la nuit et on se retrouve coincer quand on a besoin de quelque chose.

Bien situé, cuisine excellente, personnel peu accueillant dommage!

L’emplacement au bord de la mer, la sécurité sur la plage grâce au surveillant. La cuisine très bonne quoiqu’un peu chère.

L’accueil très froid, la nonchalance du personnel… le matériel sur la plage en très mauvais état, transats en bois abimés… la carte bien fournie mais en réalité beaucoup de plats ne sont pas disponibles!

Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable beach front proper with a pool and great staff!

the grounds were spacious and very clean, so close to the ocean you could hear the waves from your room even faintly when the windows were shut. All of the staff were so friendly, attentive and accommodating! We had a 2 week stay so we definitely saw how the manager did such a great job leading his team to meet guests needs. Weekends definitely drew more people but it never felt too crowded. I loved the clean pool and that there was a separate one for children. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the upgraded room definitely had a larger bathroom and shower. The air conditioners worked great and were fairly quiet.

Not much.. I guess having a long stay the breakfast options were limited but I was grateful it was included in the price of our room!

We really enjoy our stay

The breakfast was great and tasty, but we had the same breakfast for the entire stay. The location is great close to the beach

Noise a little. Some persons dance in front of our room with loud music. It was disturbing. We cannot sleep after 8am.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The facility is old and does not provide value for money. The bed sheets were stained. The bed was uncomfortable. The mirror was rusted. Furniture was old and chirped. Beachfront furniture was dirty and stained. It was overall a horrible experience

Calm, right by the sea. Good food. Nice room with Air condition.

Lots of staff but not very attentive. and not smiling . I asked for a driver to the AirPort which I regretted as he charged almost double of going rate.

it can be better.

cleaning service is very good

reception: a tall thin young man. He helped me to get a taxi. The taxi is too expensive. when I told him, he said others they pay more. I don't understand. Why he help the taxi driver to treat client like this. the food here, it's not five star hotel should have. It takes one hour to have a pasta, 90 minutes to have a steak.

Extremely sleepy resort with good potential, if only they could be bothered!

On one side it was a lovely location on the beach, with the sea only a few steps away from the door to my room. Waking up to the sound of the waves of the Gulf of Guinea and a morning stroll by the fishing boats is unforgettable. The room was comfortable and clean, though not especially deluxe and the whole place had a low season feel, i.e. empty and disused, which might not be to the taste of someone who is looking for a party atmosphere.

On the opposite side to the beach, a dusty urban neighborhood, which I didn't think was a good idea to explore after dark. The staff were disinterested, everything seemed like an enormous effort and the restaurant seemed to have only a quarter of what its impressive menu offered. Breakfast was dull. A proper cup of coffee (instead of instant) and local fruit would have made a big difference to the dry omelette you get in low budget hotels all over Africa.
