Some facilities problem. Toilet door cannot close, water heater is not hot, the water filter not functioning hence need to buy mineral water.

Too many lights inside. Hot water unit in the 2 bathrooms are not working well. Insufficient toilet tissues. Would be great if there is hand towel inside the 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped but no paper or hand towels to dry hands. Perhaps this is something typically not offered in Malaysian accommodation? Would be nice if guests can also access the gym, given that our 2 couples come to Ipoh for eating trip. Needed to work out in the gym to burn the food we consume.

It's OK for a short 2 night stay.

The apartment was clean and the location was OK. There are lifts and on-site parking. Good Chinese restaurant just up the street which is open until late.

This property was supposed to accommodate 8 but we were only 4. There were 3 dining chairs. Few mugs, glasses, knives, forks or spoons, certainly not enough for 4 people and not everyone who stays is Asian. No chopping board, or sharp knife even to cut fruit. Quite abysmal for an 8 person property. The Lounge needs repairing/replacing as it is torn. Getting into the apartment is a nightmare with no proper signage to Block A from the street on arrival and all the security measures taken by the Owners are all rather daunting. No terrestrial TV only streaming which you had to give your details to log into. Not everyone wants their details left for the next guest!

The guards at the counter were very friendly and helpful.

The Pool guards were very strickt regarding the clothing Rules. The tight bathing shorts of my friend were not tight enough. That was a disapointing.

Ventilating fan of a toilet was broken, all of us almost sharing only 1 toilet. No additional toilet paper, no drinking water supplied.

All the appliances that you'll need are available. The cup steamer and water filter were a nice touch. Parking was free and dedicated to the unit.

Shower was horrible. The instant heater made you choose between heat and water quantity. The toilet in the Master Bedroom could not close. Smells permeated into the bedroom Bed sheets were frayed from multiple washes Master bedroom closet was marked Staff Only and could not be used.

The cleaningest and the apartment have all the equitment that traveller needs like washing machine and dryer. The view from balcony is good.

The collection process. It kind of troublesome especially check in and check out.

A comfortable stay at JOMSTAY MAJESTIC

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had everything needed for a short stay...from water filter to cups,plates , stove and even a pan for light cooking.There was even a washing machine but we didn't get to use it. There was extra mattress and pillows too. The interior design is modern and gives a luxurious feel. Private parking for 2 cars is available and convenient.

I would have appreciated some packets of coffee n tea in the apartment or a small fruit basket. Perhaps the management can look into this.
