Excellent location!

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the old town and all the restaurants. It's in a lively neighbourhood, which added to the experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, we felt like the place needed some TLC. The bedding could have been better, and while the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable, the room smelled old and mouldy. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for convenience and friendly service, but it could benefit from some improvements in maintenance and freshness.

Find noget andet

Meget centralt, super flinkt personale. Men billederne er ufattelig misvisende. Vi var der i november, og rummet kunne ikke varmes op! Super sødt personale, de var helt fantastiske.

Der lå skrald, beskidt, ingen brusehoved holder, lydisoleret er en overdrivelse af de kraftige!

Only the location is very good, the building is beautiful but not maintained, the air conditioner did not work, so they changed rooms, there is noise from the street, the windows are poor, television and refrigerator do not work, guests do not get water, coffee, there are only tea bags and that too a little and at the height of the season the hotel was empty! We agreed to extend our stay in exchange for a late departure and they did not comply!!

creepy hotel

the building is very beautiful, the room is very big.

the building is very VERY very old. and it has a smell of old building, the color of the room walls is creepy and makes everything with yellow shadow, the windows are very thin so we could not sleep hearing every noise outside. the mattress felt like it was made of wood. so could not sleep well two nights in a row. very nice building but should be a museum, or haunted house, not a hotel

Nice stuff but a very bed hotel choice.

Location is amazing, and staff was very kind.

Room was dumpish and smelling awful because of the toilet. There were no towels when i realised after the shower. The night was so loud and the doors of balcony were so old, they can't block the noise.

Travelers: Stay there! :D PERFECT 10/10 IMO

Everything was GREAT. The staff was amazingly friendly! I had just left a certain other city I'd rather not talk about and they've treated me as if I was HOME. They made me feel SAFE. Travelers: just stay with these guys! :D

Everything was PERFECT. Even the Uber driver (I know, not related) was GREAT. Go there!

Very comfortable old style way to spend time in old town Bucharest.

Location was excellent. The hotel was like stepping back in time in a palace in Bucharest. Viviana, Paul and Mirel were very professional and attentive but discreet. They were great. The room was just like the photos and as I requested. Clean and nice interiors.

Awful and not recommendable at all

The location was actually the only thing that is good about this hotel.

The whole rest. The room is awful, the bed is way too low, the sheets are itchy at times when touching them, there was no mini fridge connected... and the noise, by far one of the worst aspects

The location was really good, central and close to the bus station. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The bathroom wasn’t in a good condition. The toilet seat was stained by how old it was, there was grout instead of some of the tiles from the shower. The shower had low pressure. The cleanliness was a big minus.

Scam.

The location. In the old town

Almost everything. No hearing. The room is not insulated. So it was very humid, and cold. I could hear everything, the neighbours walking etc. The service room forgot to come one day. The shower was pouring without being able to stop it. I think it's a very old building and hotel, it was very expensive for the level of service. One of the staff, Alex, was really nice and tried to help giving me a portable heating unit, but it can't save the stay overall. It was very bad.

Disappointing

The staff is professional and gentle which along with the location were the best part of our stay.

Zero services in the room, the old furnitures are older than the building itself, quite dirty everywhere and many bugs on the floor carpet, we couldn’t sleep after seeing that😥 The doors of the balcony didn’t really stay closed as the main one, you have to put the key otherwise remains opened 😃 For more than €80 per night it’s really deluding to stay in a room like that, don’t waist you money just for the location..
