i didn't expect dressing room, so it's cool for me. breakfast in the garden. you can choose dolce o salata. we're in 2 but owner provide like 4! nice view on the balcony :) ps. watch out the road when you drive because it's really narrow. road is bumpy!

too hot and air conditioning didn't function. when i discovered it it was midnight already. we opened the window for fresh air but in early morning i heard bird singing. if air conditioning had been working, i would have been sleep better even if there's bird singing:/

Friendly hosts, parking place, nice garden, excellent breakfast, coffee & tee making facilities in the room

It's extremely difficult to find, without GPS you don't have a chance.

In one word, a perfect stay!

I found a wonderful location with wide sea view from the royal looking balcony, a perfect room (try to ask for the one with balcony and own bath room) with absolutely comfortable bed and most clean shower/bath accomodation. Tiziana and Mario are perfect hosts taking care of all your needs and wishes, a varied personalized breakfast with cereals and yoghurt, ham sandwiches, sweet cake and a large choice of fruit. In one word, a perfect stay!

Superb and wpuld recommend

Its a little out of the way abd access is steep and tight but wwll worth it when you get there. Very friendly, offered me a glass of wine. The breakfast was one of the best i have had, particularly bearing in mind price paid. Ill go back there!

The owners of the villa are very polite and kind. The villa is situated in an amazing location. Amazing views, quiet and peaceful. The owners are also SUPER kind. Although I had to leave very early in the morning (4 a.m.) the owner insisted to wake up and prepare breakfast for me. Although i kindly denied (i am not a breakfast type anyway), and I assured her that she doesn't have to wake up, she did, and had lots of stuff ready to eat and to take away too! I wish I'd have the opportunity, sometime in the future to visit the area and of course spend a few nights at the villa.

Everything was perfect.
