Bien

Era como en las fotos. Estaba limpio, y el dueño responde rápidamente. El dueño dejó desayuno, café, galletas, dulces y cosas esenciales para habitar el depto. También dejo kit de aseo.

No tiene comedor. Hay que comer en la habitación. Pero tiene una mesa y sillas, Cocina muy chica pero con lo esencial. Un poco alejado de las atracciones pero cerca de la estación de tren.

Superb

Very convenient to train station. Several restaurants in area. The apartment has comfortable size bedrooms, but no living area (knew from previous reviews), so best for short stays.

Exceptional

The location is very near the Bologna Stazione Centrale and it is also near a great variety of restaurants and bars. It has almost everything you need for your stay and you can self check-in if you arrive a bit late.

The walls are really thin and you can hear the neighbours, but the location is really quiet in the evening and at night. The bathroom window does not close that well.

Exceptional

2 isolated rooms with 2 big beds. Kitchen is adequately equipped. No noise from the street. There is a huge parking on a next street, not cheap but safe.

Everything was perfect. The place is near to the bus station is you want to travel and to the city centre at the same time. Warm and clean rooms. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Also the host is very nice.

Thank you to our host Vincenzo for the warm welcome. The apartment was great, very clean and cozy. We stayed there in January and it was warm. We had everything we needed for our stay. Close to the train station and very close to cafe, pizzeria and shops. Very communicative and at the same time quiet place. We would gladly choose this apartment again. :)

Good stay in the center of Bologna

The two bedrooms were excellent in size and could easily sleep two adults, so it was really good for us - a family of 4 with two kids less than 10 years old. The location is very good just a few hundred metres from the main train station so if you are doing a lot of day trips it is just perfect. There is a lift for the flat but you still have to take 10 odd steps so it it not completely step free access

The kitchen is very small and not functional enough if you want to fix some quick meals for the kids, it is good to heat up and eat. There is no dishwasher to clean afterwards so the utensils have to be cleaned by hand. There are two small refrigerators in the two bedrooms.

Okay flat in great location.

Brilliant location, stone's throw from the train station. Very clean and good wifi.

Doesn't look quite as fresh and bright as in the photos. No living room or anywhere properly to sit and chat. A massive wardrobe in each room could easily be reduced giving space for a sofa or something. Fridge in the bedroom which is a bit weird. We carried our suitcases to the second floor when we were then given the key to the lift. Would have been nice for the host to meet us downstairs.

Relaxing, clean, spacious apartment

Excellent communication from the host, and Vincenzo even helped us with our luggage, which we have a lot of, due to travel with an infant. Standard check-in is early, and the apartment is across from the train station. That plus the spacious rooms, the washing machine, and the balcony wash lines made this a perfect one-night stay for packing our luggage to prep for our flights home from Italy. Very good air conditioning. We had a restful comfortable night sleep and easy check out.

Superb

Il Filo was well located, with good kitchen facilities. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a lovely shower. Bathrobes were an elegant unexpected extra that we appreciated.

Good but needs some improvement

Nice apartment, next to the train station. 30 min walk to the city center. Shops close to the apartment. Had a small balcony.

The doors had the locks brocken so you couldn't lock the doors. One of the fridges was not working. The cutlery was really bad, not even a good knife. The kitchen was very small.
