Beautiful home with well equipped kitchen. Also, had beach gear provided. I would highly recommend this location.
More paper products, not enough for a week.

Location is excellent, just try to get there in the daytime on your arrival, it is initially difficult to locate in the dark. Property is well equipped for cooking. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels that are available for use. Very comfortable property. Pool and BBQ area are very nice and close by.
Pay attention to keeping your counters clean - ants come marching in if you leave anything sweet out in the open. We just bought some cleaner and stayed on top of it.

There should have been Staff to meet us and suggest t places to go.we had no one but someone who called and expected me to use my phone to check out places instead of being there to greet us! The bathrooms were old and awful. The owners had so much crazy in the downstairs bedroom closet we could barely hang anything up.
Same was true at Kaanapali Shores on Maui with lost space

We just loved our stay. The place was clean, and I mean, really clean. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts, lunches, etc. We had the most gorgeous setting for our breakfasts on the back patio, looking out on the yard, and golf course beyond (see photo). I ate my breakfast to the view of Hawaiian sunrise each morning. SPECTACULAR. At night, I would go out and look at the stars from the yard. I could even see the Milky Way. There's a reason observatories are in Hawaii, you can see so much at night! We were close to the pool, and we did play tennis once! There are tennis items in the closet. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkeling gear. We didn't want to leave. This is probably one of the best units in the complex. In fact, if they ever sell, they should call us, I think my husband would want to buy that place.
We had a parking spot, and we had a rental car. It is a necessity here to have a car. There are several great beaches within 10-15 minutes (Hapuna, Mauna Kea, Makalowena), and other activities are a bit farther. We drove to Kailua (40 Min) for a snorkeling trip, a Manta Ray trip, and then another 30 minutes north for Lapakhai State Historical Park.
We didn't go to the beaches within walking distance, however.
I think Vacasa is responsive, however, I received a bunch of emails, and they were unwieldy. We didn't have handy the passcode to the gate on arrival, and had to call them. A more succinct email with just the necessary info to get there, get in would be appreciated. They want you to have their app, which I didn't get ahead of time probably would have helped, but considering the abundance of emails I received, wouldn't be necessary for arrival had they just sent one brief informative email without all the lengthy stuff I didn't need.

Loved the amenities and how close it was to beaches, etc. The house was extremely well equipped with everything we could have asked for or needed.
The hot tub had obviously been freshly chlorinated when we arrived so when we turned on the bubbles, the chlorine gases were very, very strong. Burning eyes and noses - we trued off the bubbles and the smell went away pretty quickly. Was fine the next couple of evenings.

Elizabeth the local property manager was so great, easy to work with and accommodating. We had a plumbing issue and she had someone here within the hour! Best property management company that we’ve dealt with and we rent condos at least once a year in Hawaii and at other times in the mainland throughout the year.
I liked that vacasa general management sent me a text message that I could respond to if I ran into any problems. The preferred way of communicating these days. Nice not to have to actually call.
Loved the amount of bath and beach towels, extra linen and abundance of beach accessories.
Tons of small kitchen appliances.
Absolutely loved the washer / dryer - the fastest, most efficient I’ve experienced in any rental. Also really liked the new refrigerator.
Liked the screen door on the front door. Was nice to create a cross-breeze while the patio door was open.
Loved the modern and comfortable LazyBoy recliners. We actually have the exact same ones at home! I know we spent a small fortune on ours.
Nice that the owners purchase quality furniture and appliances vs. the cheap stuff because it’s a rental.
Such a minor detail which did not effect the enjoyment of our stay in this lovely home. Wish the bedding was a washable duvet cover / duvet vs. a comforter.

Condo was very comfortable
We called in regards to an key code box that had come off as we extracted the key and we couldn't get it back on (the first day). They told us someone was coming by to put it back on-with our permission to enter. Which we gave.
No one ever came. Thank goodness my son in law was able to fix it on last day.
Living room fan needs balancing.(Hopefully that will be taken care of)by your visit.
Great for a family. Near pool and backs up to a golf course. Will need car to get to beach and groceries.
Many beach accessories in condo for beach.
