Location was great. apartment was comfortable. nice welcome bottle of wine. everything we needed.

Literally everything. Amazing care and attention to detail. Warm welcome. Instructions for check-in well communicated. Flat iron and feminine hygiene products in bathroom are an outstanding touch. Comfortable bedding and bathroom shower head above expectations.
Some spots on the floor were sticky.

Charming apartment in perfect location in Florence. On a quiet side street but only steps from the Arno and the lively Oltrarno area. Apartment is up a set of quirky old steps but is nicely furnished, comfortable bed (even the sofa bed!), great kitchen, updated bathroom. It was a perfect home base to explore Florence on foot, not to mention it is literally one minute away from some of the best gelato in the city. Gaia was super helpful every step fo the way, no problems at all with check in, check out, nor parking. Smooth sailing, 10/10 will be back.

The location, in the sleepy area of Oltrarno, was fantastic! Many great eateries and cool things to see without the hustle and bustle of the main city – and if you want all that it's only a 10 minute walk away!

Best location with a view of Arno river out the side Window.
A short stroll to Santo spirito bridge to watch the sunset and a wine window in the street behind.
I loved everything about this apartment and the hosts communication was fantastic!

Located in a very good location, the owner is very nice
The Nearest Parking is few minutes walk, a little hard only rainy day for a group of people with lots luggages. But if not raining its ok :)

The house is spacious apartment, bigger than my thought. The space is separated and there are two bathrooms, so it was perfect for big family. Gaia was so nice and sent some informations after booking the house, so it was good to prepare the trip in advance. Also, check-in was so easy because of the video instruction. Thank you so much!

It was an amazing experience! Gaia texted me before the arrival and provided very detailed information about how to get into the apartment and a lot of recommendations about the city infrastructure. She was very helpful and considerate.
The apartment is nice - clean and cozy. You can feel an international vibe inside :) The location is great!
You will be able to find all you can possible need during your trip.

Amazing location, interior design, comfort and hospitality. Great food recommendations as well. make sure you have the Florentine steak the host tells you about. It is the best quality meat we had in Italy.

It was a really beautiful apartment with all amenities. The owners are very thoughtful and provided all required facilities like kettle, toaster, microwave, even spices for cooking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It’s located right in the heart of Florence, walking distance from all major attractions and main train station.

Love this apartment. Gaia was super friendly and helpful. Tucked in a quiet lane next to the river and the city centre is not far. The hosts made a big effort to make you feel comfortable. It is clean and super comfortable. We did not want to leave. Promised Gaia we would be back. The garage she recommended was very good too.
One early morning we were waken by loud pump noise and the smell of sewage and it went on for an hour. Not sure if it one off due to a blockage or a regular thing due to the old building around. Not a big deal. The apartment is still 10 out of 10.

Excellent communication by the host. Clean and spacious accommodation (2 bed apartment). Great location. Useful online guide by the hosts including restaurant recommendations (Trattoria Cammillo was our best meal in Florence)

Location, within walking distance of all the tourist sights, shops and restaurants. Also not far to walk to and from the main train station SM Novella. Near to the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio bridge. Spacious apartment, modern and comfortable. Didn't meet host but she communicated very well with us and made great suggestions on where to eat.
No view, set in alleyway oppossite a restaurant so sometimes a bit noisy.

The location was great - close to Ponte Vecchio and many restaurants nearby. The apartment was very well decorated, comfortable and convenient and had all of the amenities for a great stay.
Everything was fine. No complaints.

Very nice spacious house, excellent located, well equipped. Great support by the hosts.
Overall it is a great choice. Few small areas for improvement: 1)upgrade with better quality pillows (the current are really poor). 2)buy mattresses for the cots 3)include some anti-mosquito equipment in the house since the city and the building are full of the little visitors.
