La Napoli migliore

Massimiliano, persona estremamente disponibile e sempre presente in caso di necessità, l'appartamento accogliente e ben arredato, ma soprattutto posizionato a due passi da via dei tribunali e comodissimo per raggiungere qualsiasi posto interessante, infatti abbiamo osato la metropolitana soprattutto per curiosità visto che alcune fermata sono veramente belle ad esempio "MUSEO E TOLEDO" il resto tutto camminando a piedi....Torneremo sperando di trovare la Residenza Maranto libera....Paola e Donatella

Great apartment in Naples

The apartment is in a great location in Naples - very central and close to everything but the street is not too busy/noisy. The host was very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations for our stay in the city. The apartment has good amenities provided and there are shops and cafes very nearby.

Our only suggestion would be AC in the second bedroom would have made it more comfortable.

Massimiliano è carinissimo ed iper attento. Sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno e a dare consigli utili. Io viaggiavo con mia mamma che ha quasi 80 anni e una sua amica. Il giorno della partenza ci ha fatto la gentilezza di permetterci di rimanere più del dovuto visto che il nostro treno era alle 17:30 del pomeriggio. Questa gentilezza ci è stata proposta all'arrivo in quanto per il giorno della nostra partenza lui non avrebbe avuto altri ospiti. Neanche farlo apposta, quel giorno diluviava e ne abbiamo approfittato per fare riposare mia mamma un po', prima delle 4 ore di treno per tornare a casa. I letti sono comodissimi, la doccia grandissima, in cucina non manca nulla. Inoltre l'appartamento è arredato veramente bene, con tutti i confort e disposto in maniera da rendere l'ambiente accogliente. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli per la quinta volta, tornerei sicuramente qui.

Despite our late arrival, Massimiliano proved to be an exceptional host, taking the time to provide thorough explanations and offer valuable city recommendations. Nestled in the heart of the city center, Residenza Maranto offers a prime location that guarantees proximity to all attractions. The apartment is well-appointed with essential amenities, including even an iron and a vacuum cleaner! :D The amazing coffee added an extra touch to our stay. While some guests may complain about the noise, we believe it's an integral part of Naples' charm. If you're seeking tranquility, Naples might not be the ideal destination for you! However, embracing the lively ambiance adds to the unique charm of this city. Residenza Maranto is the perfect choice if you want to immerse yourself in the heart of Naples' vibrant atmosphere and be at the center of all the city has to offer!

Agradable estancia.

Departamento cómodo, buenas camas, todo lo necesario en la cocina, buena presión del agua, limpio, Massimiliano es un excelente anfitrión, se dio el tiempo de explicarnos dónde estaban los lugares interesantes, dónde comer, con un mapa y todo.

Está a algunas cuadras del Metro, se hace un poco difícil llegar con las maletas hasta el lugar. Cuando nos fuimos decidimos tomar un taxi desde ahí hasta la estación de tren Napoli Centrale y tuvimos que pagar 20 euros.

Excellent

We loved absolutely everything. Everyone had enough room, comfortable beds, clean, spacious rooms, and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and more. We were provided free of charge with a few bottles of water in the fridge and coffee pods when we arrived, which was very helpful as it was our first trip to Naples and we arrived at almost midnight. Massimiliano is excellent, besides helping us with the transfer, he also provided us with an extensive list of the places to eat, tourist attractions, and guidance on how to get there using public transport. That was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again when I'll return to visit Naples.

No complaints, everything was great. Maybe a small suggestion would be to add a mirror to the second room. Other than that there is nothing else that comes to mind.

very Italian rooms! in the central area of Napoli Massimilan was really nice with us. attention all the time to our needs. I am thankful it was really 3 very nice days

Great location, right in the historic center of Napoli. Easy to get in and get out. With a little terrace over a little street. And with amazing hosts that gave us a map with all the important places to visit.

location was great!!! Massimiliano was very helpful, he gave us all kinds of information about what to visit, where to eat, how to get around.

Amazing place to stay.

Great location, great price, very kind and helpful owner. Everything is as the pictures show, no hidden problems. Massimiliano prepared cold water and coffee for the stay. He greeted us as we agreed, he let us stay late on check out day. Beds are comfortable, there are shutters on the windows: it is a narrow street, no noise, you can sleep very well. Via del Tribunali is very close: pizza, bars, breakfast, shops are within a few minutes I highly reccomend this place. The flat is very well equipped, large fridge, good heating, nice warm water in the shower, good pressure of water. Perfect place to discover Napoli.

Superb

Location!! Perfect for wandering the city. Everything was close enough to go on foot. Great local shops nearby, best pizza just around the corner. The apartment is very spaciuos, we found everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a nice corner for kids as well with a lot of nice books. Beds need seperate mentioning, cuz they were super comfy :D Massimiliano, the host, was very helpful and friendly, gave us nice tips about the city and food places.

A lovely apparment, perfectly placed for exploring Naples.

comfy beds, really nice layout and building. the shower was excellent! it had everything we needed for one night but would’ve been very comfortable there staying longer.

getting to it via hire car was stressful. But it was manageable and we were helped by the owner to find overnight parking.

Great place to stay

Very comfy and well equipped home. We stayed 3 nights and we loved it. The owners were amazing, they explained us everything about Naples and gave us a lot of recommendations what to visit. The location was perfect - just 50m from one of the most famous pizza restaurants with a Michelin star. In the heart of Naples.

Outstanding hospitality, clean, very central.

Apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everything a tourist needs. Coffee capsules were provided for free, which was a very nice gesture! Apartment is located very centrally - best pizza and Aperitivo places are only few minutes walking distance away. The host was very welcoming - he prepared for a personalized map with recommendations and ordered us a taxi.

Everything was perfect

The apartment is large, comfortable, extremely clean and looks great. The host was very helpful and nice guy. He had prepared a map with interesting places to visit and recommendations for restaurants and cafes. It was very handy. He also helped us with directions about visiting other towns.

- Speedy check in and check out - Nicely furnished and equipped apartment with comfortable seating area - Surprisingly comfy firm beds - Clean linens and towels - Fully functional kitchen - Great location in centro storico next to the greatest pizza restaurant!

- Given the location loud street noise is unavoidable - Bathroom is kinda narrow - Would have been nice if there was an A/C in the second bedroom
