The room was very well appointed. If you are looking for a self contained room with everything you need to sort of self cater you're sorted. A lot of attention has been paid to detail. Fridge/freezer/microwave/corkscrew etc. Toiletries aren't great but there's a also free bottled water. Communications are excellent.
The room stank of sewage. There was an air freshener in the plug socket so it seems to be a known problem. I had assumed that this was due to the room being left empty and the water evaporating in the U bend but after a couple of showers the room still smelt. My colleagues in other rooms reported no smell in their room but they could smell the sewage walking past my room. I reported this the evening I checked in but the smell was still there at Sunday checkout.

Stayed here many times now and will continue to do so when I am in the area. Self check-in so not met any staff but clear instructions are given. This is a perfect place to stay.

The room was clean, there was a small kitchen, washing machine and dryer to use, clean towels and bedding, as well as a cute note to welcome us into the room! A really great stay. There was a bus stop 2 minutes away to the city center with frequent buses going by.
The stay was nice, nothing really bad about the property. The location is a little bit out of the center, but the bus links were great! Overall, no negatives, a peaceful and warm stay at the location!

Everything was good, very clean. The staff even from remote was supporting and permit us to do the early check in.
Maybe the bathroom was too cozy. But it was clean and with a spaceous shower.

The Larches is in a lovely quiet location with very easy access. The communication prior to our stay was excellent.
Having stayed at The Larches earlier in the year in a larger room with a sofa and a small dining table, this was a disappointment as we were in a much smaller room at the back of the house. We did have access to the communal kitchen but no where in our room to eat. The room and bathroom were also cold.

Nice furnishings
Size of room - pictures are misleading. Very noisy - could hear every little movement from others in the property plus constant hum from fridge in room

First time visit to Wolverhampton! We stayed here for one night - couldn't fault it! Cosy room providing private access into the cute little courtyard style garden.
We met one of the staff members who was very helpful and asked if there was anything we needed.
Nicely situated on a suburban street, we walked into town and back again after the gig, very manageable. We managed to get up on the Saturday to run the West parkrun which is only 7 minutes walk away - brilliant! Everyone we met was super friendly ❤️

To be fair we never looked at reviews before so assumed it was a hotel, it’s a big house with separate rooms that have en suites. Wasn’t what we expected but the staff were available over the phone and really helpful, the room was sound small but sound we only needed for a night. Only bad thing for me was you could hear everyone and everything moving around the place. But overall was fine for what we paid and what we needed.
The bedroom doors, could literally hear everyone walking past and other things at night. Some heavy duty doors wouldn’t go a miss

Beautiful room. Great location. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for an extra night. Will definitely stop here again

The complete suite was exceptionally clean and plenty of towels were provided.
Pleasant surprise to have a fridge and microwave, hair drier, and iron provided.
The bed was clean and comfortable.
The only inconvenience was the positioning of the TV partly across the bathroom door ( room 2 ). I bumped into the TV an 3 occasions when exiting the bathroom.

Wow, wow. Wow, what can I say? Customer service is amazing and staff are really polite. You are even left a personalised welcome note in the room. I stayed in room four, which is the superior room, and the kitchenette in the room has a microwave, mini fridge, hob, cooker and sink! The room and the whole property in general is spotless and extras are fantastic . The Wi-Fi is really fast, I could watch stuff on my iPad without it, pixeling or buffering. The beds are very very comfortable as are the pillows and it is really quiet and had a brilliant night sleep! There is a Sainsbury’s local at the end of the road which is very handy for buying food. I wish I’d found this place sooner as I am up in the Midlands a lot. As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say “I’ll be back”
Nothing!

Room comfortable accessing a bit tricky with codes on locks. Location good for eateries and supermarket
TV reception for bbc rubbish. Not resolved. Bathroom smelt very damp/musty

Lovely room very modern comfy bed beautifully done.
There was nothing I didn't like!

Well appointed room .
Far quieter than expected, which was a bonus. The developers have made a good job of converting the property. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.
The door code entry system is a good idea, however it was found to be a tad temperamental to operate. Older or more arthritic hands would have problems.......

bathroom door needed planing down but honestly I cannot find any faults thats being extremely picky!

Clean. Modern. Great amenities. Great value.

The room was lovely. It was clean and full of useful items like a fridge, microwave, coffee/tea, kettle, iron and a nice big mirror. Bed was very comfy. The staff who phoned me to process my information were nice and helpful and I met the cleaners the following morning. Check in was easy with codes being sent.
Only downside was the shower, wasn't powerful and the hose connection was leaking. I did tell them so hopefully will be replaced and the shower will be better :)

Facilities inside the room
You could here every single noise from all of the other rooms. Even down to someone whilst using the toilet. It was basically a tidy house share rather than a studio.
