The studio, deck and pool are very pleasant though visitors may not take to the location in a residential area with views only of neighbouring properties.
Essential items not checked to be working before our arrival:
BBQ - had to change the gas bottle as the tap on installed one was jammed.
TV/Radio system - much time was spent trying to get a signal. Finally a representative of the owner found out that it required a technician to fix the problem; impossible to do during our stay.
Light in bathroom/toilet area flashed wildly.
Fridge:
Strap allowing bottles to be stored in the door had broken (a review in August pointed this out).
Small fridge capacity, further reduced by the door strap, insufficient for a couple staying a few days.
No ice making tray so no way of making ice cubes
No salad bowls
Only cheap plastic glasses. For $300/night would expect some proper glasses plus plastic for use around the pool.
As we were celebrating a special event some champagne glasses would have been nice.
All of the above has been communicated to the owner.

The property was really lovely. Absolutely loved that you left two towels for each person. Very thoughtful and was nice to have a dry towel after using one for wet hair. A flannel for face washing would be a great addition too.
Would be nice if the pool was heated as it was seriously like an ice bath, but it's definitely not a deal breaker.

It was private and the space was lovely! It was across the road from the ocean and a 3 min drive from town.
We couldn’t use the pool because it was way too cold even though it was 42c outside. It needs a bubble cover to collect and trap the heat.

This studio is gorgeous and we loved coming back to it at the end of long days of hiking and swimming. It's been thoughtfully laid out and had really clear instructions for any amenities, and was just such a comfortable, pretty place to stay. The pool was gorgeous and even though we didn't swim in it much, it was still relaxing to watch and listen to.
Not even truly a criticism, but the pool was freezing the whole time we were there (middle of January!) so we didn't swim in it very much which was disappointing. Even after several hours of direct sunlight, it just didn't get warm enough for us to enjoy, but maybe we are just babies, haha.

Location, modernity of facility, the chalkboard of things to do.
Squeaky and hard bed, pool to cold swim in and fountain didn’t work, visual lack of privacy (seeing the house in fronts and neighbours back windows, specially from lying in bed- although area didn’t seem to be used, was a little awkward)

We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back again but for a longer period to truly enjoy all the amenities this private studio offered. The quiet suburban location combined with the landscaping and layout created a relaxing tranquil environment that was so beautiful it was hard to drag ourselves away to get out to explore the area. We loved the extra touches and attention to detail to create the ideal stay like the list of things to do written on the board and the coffee pods. Everything was provided to make our stay complete.
Sadly it was too cold to use the pool during our early September stay. It would have been perfect if the pool was heated to take advantage of it all year round but we still enjoyed the beautiful outdoor deck area which was perfect for afternoon cocktails.

Location was great just across from Blue Holes. The studio felt like a relaxed upmarket Bali resort. Too cold to use the pool but the alfresco overlooking it was very relaxing.

Privacy and location, coffee machine and pods, great touch
Maybe have some milk to go with the coffee in the fridge, apart from that was great

Absolutely beautiful and a great location.

Lovely studio with everything you need in a great location, not much to fault and was great place to relax despite the wind.
Only issue was the bed being bit noisey and the frame unsturdy. I think the BBQ gas bottle ran out after one cook which happened to be our last night as we'd finished, thankfully.

the BBQ facility, decking, pool
a lot of the pool is undercover and as the weather was 24/26, we didn’t use it as it was too cold without the sun.

just about everything! Ella was very lovely when I spoke to her before checking in, sheets were clean as well as the villa itself. It was spacious, very modern and chic (photos below were when we were checking out)
wished the pool had a heater and the tv worked properly (probably because it was windy?). also, would've been nice if the wifi worked inside the villa :(

The place was really awesome. Exactly as shown in the photos we really enjoyed our stay

Great little studio
One tea towel for 4 nights, plug was broken, mould in the shower, over priced for what we got. Lucky I bought my own sugar as there were only 4 sachets...

How cozy the stay was, perfect for a get away
Everything was perfect, although there could have been a little milk in the fridge for a coffee ;)

The outdoor deck area.
The pool is way too cold to use. Needs to be heated or be in direct sun to warm it up. Otherwise it's a lovely add on to the studio.

The pool was excellent and the studio was beautifully equipped and had everything we could want
The wifi was a little weak and only really worked out on the deck
