Il più economico che ho trovato ma non eccezionale

Ottima posizione, comoda sia per andare sul lago che in centro, sta a metà. Personale disponibile, ho chiamato per avvisare che arrivavo in ritardo. Il bagno moderno e tenuto bene.

La camera era molto semplice e spoglia, sembra una camera di quegli alberghi di e alloggia gente per lavoro. Una finestra non si chiudeva bene, c'era davanti una sedia.

Avoid. Shabby place run by sloths.

bathroom was passable.

Very dirty mattress on arrival, room and bathroom stank of urine, very shabby and run down looking place, badly needed painting, concierge reluctantly helped with my heavy suitcase. Not worthy of 3 stars or the exorbitant prices. Very noisy traffic even with the double glazing. Eventually I was moved to slightly better room with clean mattress but it had a dip and was not comfortable. No other place available nearby to move to. Also, single occupancy discount was not available on booking.com, though hotel manager later said I could have asked in person. Their website totally overselling the place.

independent hotel in a great location

a great location. Friendly staff, great food in the restaurant, good room price

I was woken up during the night 3 times with loud bangs. then workmen started working above at 07:30

Excellent facilities and helpful Staff

I liked the location, the quality of the room, and everything in the room. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and spoke English.

Just 1 thing, room with street view was noisy and room with garden view had a constant sound as if drops ofwaters are falling on metal platform. This sound was all night.

Stay was fine but too expensive, staff and service is nice.

Nice terrasse and nice showers. Staff was perfect, allowed us to keep our luggages for a day(+1 star)

Clean enough. Close to train station.

Very messy in their booking system. Bad in communication and not keeping promisses about getting back to us, both during our stay and after. They withdrew the money for our stay twice, and have not been helpful in solving this issue. It has been dragging on for over two weeks now, and we have been waiting with giving the review in the hopes of not having to publicly shame them, and solve it amongst ourselves... unfortunately to no avail.

Great location, needs to be renovated.

Very close to the train station where you can catch train directly to Varenna and then ferry to Bellagio or Menaggio. Even though the train stadion is very close it wasn’t noisy at all. The restaurant down the hotel was very nice. We had AC in the room, but it wasn’t working perfectly. There was also a fridge in the room.

This hotel definitely needs to be renovated, and rearranged because there is much potencial in the space and location which is not used at all.
