*This property offers a variety of upscale shopping & dining options.
*Our Villa has a large "open" split-floor plan combining the kitchen, dining, living, and billiards area w/Pool Table & Wet Bar overlooking the Pool.
*Options to heat the pool are available. ($85.00 per day fee, please mention that you would like this option after you've reserved the rental)

*Scottsdale offers highly recognized annual events including but not limited to; The Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson, Major League Baseball's Spring Training and Golf. AMENITIES:
*Walking distance to Kierland Commons, The Scottsdale Quarter
*Private POOL (heating optional with fee)
*FREE WIFI
*8' Pool Table w/ Wet-Bar ~ Fully equipped kitchen with "All the Staples" SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT: *Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter ~ TPC Scottsdale Golf Course & many more.

We are available anytime to answer questions or provide assistance to our Guests. We want to ensure our guests have a turn-key experience and enjoy their stay at our Kierland Villa.

This house was perfect for our family, it had everything you need, and the house was clean. We had an issue with one of the showers and the host sent maintenance within 30min to fix it, great customer service! I would highly recommend staying here and would do it again in a heartbeat!

At first glance we thought the place was ok but it’s falling apart. Shower didn’t work properly, smoke alarms were not working, microwave not working properly. Paul and Kaitlin were very good about responding but I’m not going to spend my entire vacation asking for repairs. Mattress is worn out. Couch and patio furniture are dirty and stained and worn out. Pool leveler failed and nearly overflowed. Felt like whatever we tried would break. Lights out in bathroom, sliding door tracks are so dirty hard to open the screens which are also falling apart and dirty. My list goes on.

We had a great time, the house was in a great neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery stores and great shopping. We were within a short drive if some great hiking trails. I would definitely rent this place again.

My husband and I stayed here with friends on our first vacation with our one year old. The property has a pack n play available for guests that we used during our stay and the putting green was a highlight for everyone! Our one year old had hours of entertainment putting balls on the green and starting making actual putts by the second day! Full kitchen and grill accommodations, so we cooked and grilled out for nearly every meal. Back yard is a relaxing oasis. Great location for Scottsdale and Phoenix activities. Jena W.

This VRBO is close to Kierland shopping and the MIM. The swimming pool is very nice, though expensive to heat. And the weather during our stay was exceptionally cool for this time of year (first three weeks of March). The pool did heat up quickly. The property also has a very nice putting green, complete with putters and golf balls. We did have some concerns when we first moved in about shower access and fans, but the owner responded quickly to our concerns. We have shared some thoughts with him on how this VRBO could be even better and he appears very open to receiving suggestions for improvement. The palm trees on/near the property are stunning and the neighborhood is visually beautiful, quiet and safe.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood in Scottsdale. Very close to Mayo Clinic. Pool table was fun, and the kitchen is large, with a great bar and living room area for hanging out as a family.

This property is just like the pictures. It is clean and beautiful. Open kitchen and living room were so nice for us to hang out in. We enjoyed the pool table, BBQ, games and chalk board! Swimming and the golf putting in the backyard were so much fun. The location is peaceful and close to shopping and restaurants. The host communicated clearly and was helpful with changes when our son and girlfriend were able to come over for a few days too. He gave us with clear directions for entering and leaving the property. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed at the property the week of Thanksgiving. The property was exactly as advertised. Check in was easy and quick. The property manager made themselves available but there were no issues. We loved the location. Such a great neighborhoods and an easy walk to tons of amenities!

Great location for a family weekend away. The pool and pool table was a hit with the adult kids. The beds and bedding, not so much. We had several calls in to Paul for maintenance issues (water leaking from fridge, no hot water in kitchen sink, lights in pool not working, lightbulbs burned out throughout house) and response was good. We stayed for 5 nights and the primary bedroom mattress was good, be prepared no closet in the primary bedroom. Adult kids said beds were very uncomfortable. Bedding needs to be replaced (threadbare and bumpy). Only two TVs in house (didn’t realize that when I booked).The house could be lovely but it definitely needs a deep clean and a lot of TLC. There were some amenities from home, but not what Ive experienced at other VRBOS. Note pad, some paper, a few dish towels would have been appreciated. If you have to pool heated at $75 per day, know that the heater sounds like an airplane engine. Photos need to be updated. Overall, if you are looking for a great location this is the one.

I’ve already recommended this property to others location is perfect for Golf and the Mayo Clinic the main purpose of our trip! I honestly cannot find anything that was dissatisfying had a couple of questions, (Paul the owner) answered on my first calls I’d recommend this property to anyone!

We have stayed in a lot of rental homes, this one was just as pictured and overall a nice house. It was nice to have the extras that don’t normally come with a rental home, such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. We did have a couple of maintenance issues during our 3 week stay, however Paul was very responsive as was his maintenance guy. Overall would stay here again!
