Bonne situation à Vieste, accessibilité, mais aucune envie d'y passer du temps dans la journée

Le look de l'hôtel et du jardin piscine extérieure, la gentillesse du personnel, la proximité de la ville à pieds

Notre chambre : petite chambre, 2 étroits single beds sans tête de lit (tête de grand lit au milieu des 2 lits séparés), aucune vue, mobilier vieillot, salle de bain étroite, pommeau de douche plafond qui gicle de tous côtés, absence de douchette indépendante, porte couloir mal insonorisée l'hôtel est situé à côté d'un immense parking qui le sépare de la plage, donc la vue sur la mer n'est pas évidente

Tutto Perfetto consigliato vivamente

La struttura è situata in prossimità della spiaggia alcune camere sono vista mare. Mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza della reception sia durante il chek in che durante il check out. Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla reception notturna e dal simpatico custode. Inoltre mi è piaciuta la professionalità di tutto lo staff, la pulizia delle camere direi perfetta e per ultimo dalla possibilità di usufruire dell’area relax in piscina. L’hotel ha inoltre un servizio prima colazione eccellente e di qualità. L’hotel è convenzionato con una vicina e comoda spiaggia con ristorante e servizi annessi. L’hotel non ha un parcheggio privato ma in prossimità vi è un ampio parcheggio comunale.

It was super close to the beach, and quite nice facilities, the bar/pool area was good, and great breakfast, served until midday!

The parking is not for the hotel, it’s a parking lot across the street. It was easy enough to find a park and close by, but that was a bit confusing to say the hotel ‘has parking’. Also, no Wi-Fi

Very happy to stay there, if we come to Vieste again the White Hotel would definitely be our choice again.

we liked everything. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, there are not many places offering such a large choice. Parking was also very convenient - huge carpark just around the corner.

very pretty and convenient location close to everything.

No internet and front desk staff unhelpful. Cleaning staff was excellent, helpful and friendly.. Shower was clean but did not drain properly and filled the basin up to ankles, not nice.

wifi didn’t work- the staff tried to double charge us, we had already paid via the app, they they tried to charge us at the property. we forfeited our second night stay as the rooms were the size of a shoebox. value for money was horrible. staff were rude. the bathroom was tiny.

Bad choice, hotel not maintained, unclean, unpleasant, loudy.

the location of the facilities (100m of the beach)

The hotel is not maintained, the facilities are in poor condition. The staff does not try to satisfy the customer (by example, we were very incommoded by the next room which was occupied by a compulsive cigare smoker, the staff did not let us exchange room) The breakfast is disappointing, even the coffee is disgusting (in italie, it's a shame) the cleaning is not well done, during our stay, there was a lot of dust under the bed and mold in the bathroom.. the swimming pool in the garden is a joke, nobody use it, very small and cold....

Hotel location and rooms absolutely good. Personnel very kind and professional. Also parking option appreciated.

Considering the price they could improve the gluten free options for breakfast and the maintenance of shower.

Small rooms but good location

The hotel is new, quite clean and close to the beach and to the center of Trieste

Staff got annoyed because we lost the key/card of the room, which is totally normal and it can happen. Breakfast is not great, just average and room is very small.

A good hotel, clean and quiet, a little bit out of the centre but an easy walk to get there.

Breakfast was good, the hotel was stylish and quiet. Service was good and friendly. We liked it.
