I LOVED IT. Staff were very friendly and acomodating, I enjoyed the small BUT becautiful pool area.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was close for the first morning we stayed at this hotel. The staff informed us that we could walk to the hotel next to us. By the second morning they provided a good breakfast, it included: toasted bread, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon and other American breakfast dishes. My partner and I enjoyed the food.

Outside the hotel there is a water leak from a near by lake or river.

Excelente personal

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca de todo, la piscina restaurantes. Además el personal fue súper amable.

No me gustó que decía que tenía estacionamiento pero era dejando el carro en otro lugar aunque tuviera valet parking. Pensé que al decir que lo tenían era ahí mismo en el hotel, sin embargo el personal fue muy atento y hasta nos indicó el área en donde lo estacionaban para que nos quedáramos más tranquilos.

Don’t stay here unless your expecting motel quality

Don’t be fooled. This is a motel quality place. Stayed here as a last resort a day before my trip ended. Place needs to be inspected by the health department. The halls and rooms were super moist feeling. Mold all over the headboards and curtains. The staff changed my room once I brought it to their attention, they didn’t have regular rooms left so they gave us a suite style room. Once getting to the room we saw a roach. Place is sketchy, didn’t even feel comfortable getting into the bed or keeping my suitcase out. I don’t know why I stayed and didn’t ask for a refund and go elsewhere, I was just worn out from the day I had. Long story short, skip this place!!

Decent value, great location

I liked the location and the pool area was nice

I don’t think they regulate who uses the pool enough. There were definitely people there who were not hotel guests. Also there was never enough towels at the pool area. Also did not like how the bathroom in our room did not have any ventilation which caused it to get hot

Couldn’t be happier with the service would stay again for sure !!!

The staff were wonderful- knowledgeable and very friendly . Really enhanced the experience from the front desk staff, to the wait staff and valet team; they all made us feel welcome and were more than happy to help us make the trip stress free. Great location close to the main drive with many restaurants and bars in walking distance . The restaurant had local favorites and typical foods that would keep all in any party happy . The pool amenities were fun and welcoming with current music playing and fun murals . Would for sure stay again

Nightly street flooding from High tide can make navigating Ubers late night tricky but the valet will wave you into the private lot out front to keep your feet dry .

Awesome stay

How close it was to every attraction and I like that I have valet parking 24/7.

The shower kept leaking out and the floor was full of water.

This hotel has great potential but poor maintenance and management

Pool was not clean, hair in hot tub. Breakfast was very bad. Processed food, cold meats. Poor seating. All plastic utensils. Very bad breakfast.

Great location, sewer in street overflowed with smell of sulfur or waste present. Ice machine broken and ice machine in other building with questionable hygiene. No water sanitary log noted or posted for patrons.

I didn’t try the breakfast but the location was one block from the main strip. Location wasn’t bad other than the pipes and bay overflowing into the street daily

I was not impressed with this property. The staff was nice however the rooms were small. They told me they put pictures of the one room the have (701) on your site and makes it look like they have balcony rooms that are large. There is only one in the entire hotel. There was a river in front of the hotel of pipes that broke and it was horrible the whole time leaving and coming back. My sneaks and sox got wet every time. I have pictures of you want them emailed. I also took pictures of my room infested with ants. I have videos as well. It was clean other than the ants but they got into the drinks we had and food and even where there was no drinks and food they were just there. I ended up seeing 2 ants in my bed. I would not stay here again.

Meh. FIne but not really worth the cost.

location was ok. The pool was nice and the gym exists, even if it is a bit run down.

They don't have their own breakfast, laundry, anything. Three hotels share one awkward, busy breakfast room. The place was really expensive, but has recently been converted from a comfort inn and it shows.

Reservation was confirmed, but nor in the system.

I book this hotel, and then I asked to change my reservation dates in which they did and when I arrived my reservation was not in the system. And that fats face girl at the front desk wasn't helpful...I would never book here again.. I had to go next door to get another reservation at Canario Lagoon.

Very poor

A room was the wrong room. Good night we checked in they gave us a single queen or king size bed, room, smell of cigarettes, a shower, and eat. I have nothing to say about this hotel even getting towels was away stay somewhere else. Save your money go to an Airbnb. Don’t bother staying there. The only positive thing I can say was that they were good about responding some of my money.

pros- the staff was kind

My hotel room nothing worked My sink atay clogged up. Requested service and nothing We had to remove the center piece just to brush our teeth and wash our face The shower made very loud voices and the water was cold and the wall vibrated by the bed everytime the shower was on They did not offer to exchange rooms or anything Woke up the bites on my body room dis not come with hair dryer or iron I stayed on the 1st floor. they were constantly working on something On top of all this they were trying to over charge me from a different price than what Booking said until I asked to speak to a manager I wish I can upload videos

Pleasant

I really love the place !!! The only thing the pool Had a loose rail and Didn’t had a sign it was broken the 9 days someone could off fail and the cleaning the didn’t clean the sand good !!! Worker were nice lovely and greet people every morning !!! People in the kitchen were ver friendly and helpful everyday I really love have people treat us !!! ❤️
