Top lokacija, veliko prostora, udobne postelje, čisto.

V kuhinji ni dovolj krožnikov, loncev.. Kuhati je skoraj nemogoče. Ni nobenega noža.

Υπερβολικά ακριβό για αυτά που παρέχει.

Το κρεββάτι ήταν αναπαυτικό.

Το πάτωμα ετριζε. Οι τοίχοι έχουν υγρασίες. Οι πόρτες στα μπάνια δε κλείνουν καλά. Το πρωινό ήταν 3 δισκάκια (ενώ ήμασταν 6 ατομα) στο ψυγείο.. Αφρόλουτρα κ σαμπουάν στο μπάνιο έχουν κοκκαλωσει..θα έπρεπε να τα είχαν αλλάξει ή να ναι μικρό μέγεθος μιας χρήσης. Δεν υπάρχει πουθενά κρεμαστρα για να κρεμάσεις τις πετσέτες. Στο μπαλκόνι μας είχαν απλώσει μπουγαδα.

Very spacious, big rooms. Plenty space for all guests. In a decent location for white tower, and the water front.

The location was amazing. 50meter from White Castle.. walking distance to everything.. spacious room with 4 queen beds ( very comfortable).. and 2 bathrooms.. perfect for families

The apartment is huge and there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed. The location is great - close to the White Tower and shopping streets.

The keys to the front door did not work. We had to wait for another set of keys. Even then there was a problem with the handle - it kept falling off.

Great apartment with a wonderful location. We only stayed one night but it's definitely worth spending more time in. Easy check-in and pleasant surondings with plenty of shops and restaurants.

The only problem we had was with parking because the area is quite busy. If you own a taller car ( anything taller then 2m or with a roof box) you can only park outside and there are very limited spaces. The apartment itself was very comfortable and homey. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Great location, spacious apartment.

Great location, spacious apartment and very comfortable beds. The breakfast boxes were a great option to purchase after a long journey, so we didnt have to worry about breafast on the first morning.

The floor boards were very noisy and there was a water leak on the balcony that was dripping constantly.

Great location, spacious enough, but noisy building and not so great communication with the host.

Collection of the keys was easy, without the presence of the host. Te location of the apartment is great near restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a bank, and a market. Parking lots also are available in the area for 18-20€ per day. The apartment was spacious enough for us, and the rooms were big so there is enough place to store your luggage or clothes if you are traveling with friends or family.

We asked about a late check-out even for an hour or two, and the host replied that they would inform us about the availability. Although, they never wrote back. The cleaning woman arrived the next day at the property around 11:30 to start cleaning. She had to wait outside so we could get ready and leave the apartment at 12:00 but she was very kind and patient so that was ok. Also, the noise in the building is a problem if you want some quiet moments, as we could listen to the noisy neighbors above us and anyone using the stairs.

Large apt , large bedrooms, excellent location

The apt seems to fit over 8 persons, but it does not- there was one small kitchen table which fit 3, not enough chairs, some were broken. Not enough tableware. Some lamps didn't work, no table lamps in room.,Old closets,some without shelves, large porch but no chairs. Bathrooms poorky equipped,inconvenient showering, doors without handles, no towel hangers. Poor curtains, not enough light protection. No thoughtfulness on renter's part- some basic stuff like tea, sugar,salt etc The photos on the booking site promised more than what we got.

The location is really great. I appreciated the fact that contacting the owner in advance related to some disturbing previous comments, they confirmed that (some) of the issues were fixed: - no bugs in the kitchen (we did not see any, that doesn't mean they do not exist, maybe we simply were lucky...) - no bad smells in the bathroom. - beds were ok. Kitchen appliances although old, are functional and they do their job for a breakfast But again, main strong point of the apartment is the perfect location.

Where should I start? There are things that owner (s) could correct and other they could not. One of the things they could not connect is the building. Which although very central, is a bit run down. The overall smell in the building is worse than the one in the apartment. It smells of mold and cooking (not that bad all the time, but still). The building was built during early 50th of last century, and I do not know if ever renovated. Except for the elevator. Oh, if I came here... Note that light switch for light on the staircase is on the left hand facing the lift. All other "switches" are actually bells to apartments. - floors squick quite lowd. Some of the floor was changed, but for main rooms in front the floor is the original one. And at dome point it was squicking even if nobody was stepping on it, making me wonder if the apartment was not hounted...(of course it isn't). - apartment is quite dark, making the whole "hounted" even stronger. Things that owner could correct (but did not so far) - kitchen. Although from the pictures kitchen seems nice and renovated, it isn't. Or it is but only partially. I would say that pictures were slightly manipulated, as walls in the kitchen are not white, but a weird colour of green (will try attaching pictures, the Nespresso machine is ours, not part of apartment appliances). The walls give you a real strange and for me uncomfortable sensation. Refrigerator was let's say rather clean - bathroom. The apartment has one "main" bathroom and a little one, which we din not frequently use. The "main" bathroom wad the biggest disappointment of the whole apartment. The shower is barely functional, "fixed" with ducktape, and it springs water all over the joints. When water is turned on, both hand and wall shower are running water, neither very efficiently. This was reported by a lot of travelers so far, but seems that it was not fixed, and I do not understand why.

I like at this apartment that was in the city center and big enough for our 8 people group. Also the price was very very good The terave was cute

Since you can’t have both: cheap and very good conditions for stays, this location wasn’t an exception. The apartment was in very old building and we felt that in: • our floor which was noisy (when passing on and also you could here your neighbours) • BIG minus for the smell from the bathroom - it was awful. I think it was a problem with the installation or something, but still.. it was bad.. • the fact that the location is in the center comes with the disadvantages: like people screaming and talking loud in the night till morning (but it is not the owner’s problem)

Everything was great, really spacious place with lots of rooms, the host was really good she even let us check in 30’ earlier, great location at the heart of the city and 5’ walk from the White Tower, would recommend staying there and will probably choose this apartment for my next visit to SKG.

unpleasant 🥺

The property wasn’t cleaned especially the bathrooms. I had to spend 3 hours cleaning the apartment…. for example the bathroom door wouldn’t close, toilet seat was missing, kitchen was very smelly. balcony full of pidgin mess…😝 the list can go on… initially, I didn’t want to give a bad review and I wrote directly to the host but I haven’t heard back from them.. The location is very good, near lots of restaurants.

The location of the room was very good. If you are traveling with your car, there is a parking nearby. Internet speed was sufficient

The building is very old. kitchen supplies were not enough. The apartment has no parking.

Perfect location of beautiful apartment

The place has definitely perfect location for exploring Thessaloniki. We loved it and highly recommend.Looking forward to go back.

fantastic apartment, spacious, clean and perfect location.

beautiful place, ideal location, immaculate and very spacious. loved it here and highly recommend.

didn’t know where the ground floor light switch was at night and rang someone’s door by mistake as no images to identify (there was a sign but in Greek and unfortunately I don’t understand Greek yet). this is nothing to do with the apartment but something that may improve this apartment being rented out with neighbours.

Looks way better in the pictures

the location is great, walking distance to most attractions in the city. the staff was helpful when pointing out the most urgent issues (they installed a toilet seat that was missing the same day we asked for it)

The place is clearly meant for groups who want a central, low key stay, without staying at the apartment for a long time besides a place to crash. The apartment is furnished with the most basic ikea furniture and doesn’t have a place to sit at a table together. It’s very dirty, and renovations are necessary, from bathroom doors not closing to a wobbling toilet and yellow stains in the bedsheets. At night the cockroaches are crawling the walls in the living room and kitchen.
