I liked the location and the price
I feel like the photos on here are a lot better than what it is in real life. I feel like it needs some new furniture, however you do get what you pay for

Location was good, the bed was clean and comfortable.
It looks nothing like the photos, wear and tear everywhere, not very clean. Room wasn’t ready for the check in time. Shower head was covered in dried shower gel. Little shower gels provided were used, so didn’t touch them. Teaspoons also looked used and not washed.
3.4
Nothing.
The property is a scam.
1. The room was insalubrious. The property advertises "hypoallergenic rooms", but the reality cannot be further apart. There's a finger of dust on most of the surfaces, no one has cleaned there in months (if ever). On top of that, there were spiderwebs inside the room (at least 2 spiders too), the blankets were dirty with spots and hairs (also inside of the bed), one of the mugs had hair inside, etc.
2. The room is much smaller than advertised. Our room wasn't bigger than 15 sqm although it was advertised as 25...
We complained to Booking as it was unhealthy to sleep there. The owner usually answers the comments saying that they want to improve and blablabla, but it's all fake, and somehow Booking is allowing it to happen by letting them advertised with highly photoshopped pictures and the tons of complaints they receive.

The only reason to stay here is the location, if you want to be near Russell Square or St. Pancras Station.
1. We showed up before check-in time and was allowed to leave our bags. When we later checked in the room was not at all cleaned after the previous guests. The receptionist apologized (the cleaner had already left for the day), and we could come back in 30-40 minutes. We were refunded half of the price for the room, fortunately. How the room was cleaned is a mystery.
2. The room was not cleaned very well, with dust on most surfaces, and a thick layer of dust in the window (I regret trying to blow on it). There are multiple different stains on walls and the side of the bed. The two bottles of shower gel had clearly been reused. The teaspoons had stains of previous use on them. They had clearly not been cleaned.
3. What you would normally call water pressure is at best a slight trickle in the shower. Forget washing your hair.
4. The bathroom is tiny.
5. The stairs are very, very narrow, and traversing them with luggage is a challenge.
6. The desk is at a slant, leading to a fun haunted drawer that keeps popping out.
I guess kudos to the receptionist for making the room somewhat liveable (and he looked just as surprised as us), but one would expect the hotel had routines for checking the rooms between guests.

Close location to St Pancras
Basically converted house. Narrow stairs to access room. Small room with poor furnishings.
3.4
Great location, close to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Also very close to the underground station.
The bed was a bit too soft and small for my liking.
3.4

Good location (super close to St Pancras Station), unexpectedly clean, spacious and warm rooms, bed super comfortable, free wifi, new bathroom with no weird mold smells!
We knew because it's not the first time that we travel to the UK: 3rd floor, no elevator. There was a very very small wardrobe where to store your clothes (we had to keep them in our luggage - but hey, fun fact! There was an iron too!)

It didn’t look like any of the photos. The room was tiny and drab. The decor was dated. The divan itself was mucky and frayed, I would have put a balance sheet on that to cover it up. I sat on the bed and dust flew everywhere from the throw however, the bedding itself was clean. The coffee machine leaked. It was disappointing and I did apologise to my friend as I had booked it and felt embarrassed.

Location
One of the workers was painting they should of had a sign to say wet paint not just a guy pointing to the paint
3.4
The location felt insecure at night, they dont have staff at night and some people where hitting the door as crazy, and a homeless was there lighting our room and screaming
3.4
room size
was expensive bcoz they have take money for luxury room but that was luxury double room it was very small room
3.4
Convenient location, good room facilities
An option for breakfast would be nice

Spacious
Shower…horrid smell

The room was a good size, we had plenty of space and there were lots of facilities including early luggage drop off/collection, iron/ironing board, safe, hairdryer, coffee machine etc. The location was very close to King's Cross and Euston train stations and there is Russell Square tube station nearby so well located for travelling around London.
Our room was at the front of the hotel so there was quite a lot of noise coming from outside, but that was to be expected considering how central the hotel is. Nothing some earbuds won't fix!
3.4
No breakfast location good
Tiles were broken or missmatched on the floor, bathroom too small, 2 of us stayed but only enough water for 1 shower, no staff available
3.4
Location very good.
Room was freezing, turned on the heating but didn't do anything! The windows are so thin I could hear people's conversations across the street and the bathroom smelt of raw sewage.
3.4
Excellent location as we wanted to be near St Pancras to get an early EuroStar.
Nothing - was perfect for our needs.

excellent location, very clean, comfy bed
Checking-in procedure not very smooth. The check-in code hadn't arrived by the morning of our arrival. We rang the 24h help line which doesn't seem to be staffed 24hours but we got through just before 9am. We were sent the codes in time for our check-in. The room code we were sent isn't valid before 2pm and in fact needed to be activated by the receptionist when we got there after 2pm.

Nice clean room and very comfortable bed.

the location is great, they have a small fridge and a Nespresso coffie machine with capsules in the room
no reception, it was a bit difficult getting all the checkin info, i called them several times to make sure i get the room code but they were very helpful and nice
3.4
Location was excellent.
The photos led me to believe the size of the room would be bigger and the hotel would be bigger overall.

location and value for money, very nice staff member
nothing major, possibly needs a few minor repairs

In a nice area.
bed sheets were not clean not a very nice smell. The fold out bed had no cover on the duvet so my friend had to sleep with a dirty old duvet. stain marks over the fold out bed. The bathroom was dirty and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied In god knows how long as it was full of used sanitary products. Had to wrap our clothes around the pillows to try and sleep as they did not smell clean. The room needs a deep clean and not just a “going over”. Also there were 3 of us booked and only 2 towels to use.
3.4
good location
terrible smell throughout the property
