About this apartment rental

This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This is an exceptional property, exactly as advertised. Fantastic location, beautiful ocean sunset view, and well-decorated. The unit was spotless and the check in/ out process could not have been easier. The owner, Jim, is very responsive and provides the most thorough unit instructions and guide to the at I have ever seen. Our stay was a 10/10 and we look forward to staying at Jim’s properties in the future.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind look no further than Longboat Key. Unit 202 was as advertised, beach view was beautiful and best sunsets you will ever see. Jim made the process seamless and only a text away if you have any issues which we did not. Recommend 10/10. Go enjoy!!

The location to begin with is perfect. You can travel to Siesta Key or Sarasota which is approximately 20 minutes either way. The beach off this location is clean and not packed at all. The water is clear and sand is white and clean. Now to the facility. Check in a breeze. The owner/manager is an amazing individual that only wants you to be comfortable and taken care of. It is spotless and you cannot need for anything. Kitchen has everything you need and access is steps to the beach/ocean. Beds are extremely comfortable and it’s very sound, meaning quiet. Many restaurants nearby and traffic was minimal in this location. We will be definitely be back.

Wow! From the time we booked til our last day, Jim was right on top of things! We had an amazing week with beautiful weather and gorgeous sunsets every night! This is the perfect location on this stretch of the Island. Our favorite places to eat that we loved are Star Fish Company in Cortez. Dry Dock Waterfront Grill, Miguel’s in Sarasota and The Blue Marlin in Bradenton Beach. We will definitely be coming back! Jim was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! Very quick response to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay to the max and thank you to Jim for sharing your sweet condo on the beach! It was a wonderful time! We’ll be back for sure!

Unit was wonderful. Clean and well appointed. Balcony had comfortable patio seating and the view was outstanding. Beach was gorgeous and just steps away. The resort is immaculate and well maintained. Jim (our host) was a great communicator and made sure our checkin, stay, and checkout were seamless and enjoyable. We had a great time and already booked for next year. Highly recommend!

What an amazing slice of heaven. My husband and I and my daughter had one of the best vacations ! The property was perfectly located on the beach and near many wonderful restaurants. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. the owner Jim went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. His hospitality and knowledge of the area was truly amazing. My husband and I stayed at this property for a Christmas getaway. It was perfect! Jim was so good about reaching out with information. Check-in was quick and easy. The condo was comfortable and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked and the view was to die for. The complex is small and very well-kept. This is somewhere we would stay again. There are a few restaurants that are close, and the Publix is wonderful and right down the street. What a treat to stay in this great condo!!

We were in town for just 2 nights for a wedding. We were able to get in some beach time as well as enjoy time on the balcony overlooking the gulf. The unit itself if very nicely done. It is comfortable and was perfect for my wife and me. The property manager is a super communicator and excellent with information about the property as well as the area. We felt very welcomed and cared for.

The communication was on point from the time I book to even check out. When things changed he was very open with each step. I used this property for a 3 day weekend to get out the rat race of managing 3 centers. He was helpful with places to go nearby. Will definitely stay again.

A peaceful and comfortable place to stay for a long weekend. The property is on a private beach and so quiet. We at most saw 8 people the entire time! The listing is accurate and communication with the owner is above and beyond! I would definitely stay again when returning to the area. We enjoyed making most meals in the condo and dining out just 2 nights. I highly recommend La Norma (about 3 minute drive on Longboat Key) and Drift Kitchen (15 minute drive on Lido Key).

Jim was the most attentive host!! He gave us up to the minute updates of the hurricane and status of Longboat Key. We were able to check in to his spotless unit on Thursday morning within 12 hours of the opening of the bridges to Longboat Key following Hurricane Idalia which hit the day before! It was hard to tell a major storm had just rolled through. Even St Armand’s Circle which had been closed and flooded on Wednesday was up and running by mid day Thursday! Fantastic time all around and Jim had plenty of recommendations for restaurants and activities and was incredibly attentive!! The unit was beautiful, clean, and just like the photos!

Our family loved it here! It was perfect. We saw manatee and dolphins. The view is spectacular! It was our first stay on Longboat Key and Jim made everything easy. He is easy to contact if you have questions and provides tons of useful information! We hope to be back very soon!

Our family of four (including 2 kiddos under age 5) had a very positive experience making memories in the Paradise we call Longboat Key, FL. This property was clean, had incredible views of the beach/gulf, and met our every need during our stay. The icing on the cake was the premium customer service received from the owner, Jim. Not only did Jim help us to check in early, but he was attentive and informative to our needs, and quick to respond to our messages. He truly goes above and beyond, making this stay a home run across the board. Thanks, Jim! We’ll be back in 2024 and beyond.

We had a fantastic time. The condo was perfect for us as a couple. The view from the balcony was just like the pictures. Beautiful views of the beach during the day and sunsets at night. Longboat Key is a great place to enjoy the beach. This unit offers a private beach with chairs provided. There are several great restaurants on the island, and a grocery store. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. The best part is the view and proximity to the beach. Just steps to the ocean. Jim is very detail oriented and when you arrive at The Turtle Crawl Inn, you will know exactly what to do for check in and he provides you with lots information about amenities and things to do on the island.

We loved our stay at 202 Turtle Crawl Inn. The property was clean and furnished beautifully, and the beds were SO comfortable! (This was definitely a plus, bc so often VRBO stays have been hit or miss on bed comfort.) The views from the unit simply can’t be beaten. Mr Zilli was very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our check in and check out processes, our stay, and our entire vacation was exactly what we needed. We will definitely be repeat customers of the Zilli properties!! Thank you!

If you want to look out and see the beautiful waters of the west coast and a few steps away to LBK beach paradise than this is your place! Jim was wonderful and pleasant, he provided all the information you could possibly need to make your stay even more enjoyable! And if you have a question he gets back to you very quickly! The location and view are perfect for those looking for a peaceful, gorgeous spot in which to get away, relax, and refresh. Plenty of nice people to talk to, but also plenty of room to spread out and read or nap in solitude. Longboat Key is a remarkable destination for Gulf of Mexico access and scenery.

We so enjoyed our stay! The Condo was very clean nice furnishings. Everything you need. Just steps away from a beautiful private beach! Which had their own beach chairs that are included!! The sunset views are just amazing every night. Right from the deck!! We loved the area so easy to get to other beautiful areas!! We will definitely be back. 😊
