You will absolutely have the best vacation at this beautiful oceanfront destination! The distinct layout offers a feeling of space and privacy instead of being layered on top of one another “hotel-style”. Feel at home with the tasteful and beachy décor. The coastal theme is carried through the house with stylish furnishings and appointments. Granite in both kitchens (yes…there are TWO kitchens here!) with plenty of room for everyone to pitch in and prepare meals together. Ocean views on two levels of gathering spaces never let you forget you are at the beach.
Expansive deck and patio that wrap around two sides give you a vast area to choose to relax, have meals, or just watch the kids in the pool. The screened porch has a large table for meals, games, or just hanging out. Everyone will enjoy the fenced pool area and then there is the beach! Just walk over the dune for a full day of sun and fun! All the kids will never leave the ground level rec room with a full size pool table, media area and plenty of access to the pool and beach! Want to grill for the family? Convenient ground level second full kitchen allows you to prepare the entire meal on one level, saving you from the exhausting up and down trips during meal prep.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.
All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
