Not much really. It was fairly clean but that's about all I can say that was positive. Possibly the only thing was a kettle in the room, instant coffee sachets and it was pretty quiet.
Everything else. The receptionist was snotty and unhelpful. The room was tiny. The beds were TINY. I was travelling with a friend (and her dog), so we wanted separate twin beds and the room they gave us was so small that we could hardly move. There was nowhere for our bags, for the dog (which they charged extra for), or to even move.
The toilet seat was broken, the shower head was broken and rotating out of control, flooding the entire bathroom. There was an exposed wire on one of the lights; the heating was on (and it was a warm, sunny day) and we couldn't access the controls to turn it off. Toilet paper was like crepe paper. It was literally the worst room we have stayed in after a month of being away. And it was the same price as most of the others, so vastly over-priced for what it is.

Not a lot
Lacked any atmosphere. On the edge of an industrial estate with a noisy main road at the front and an equally noisy party next door in the evening. There was only one person on reception which was OK in the evening but in the morning they had to double up putting out breakfast. When we arrived down for breakfast at 8 am there was no milk, no croissants, no spoons. no coffee and several people left rather than wait for this to be addressed. Even then there was no coffee or croissants to be had. Not impressed

It was a good stopping off point on our journey across France.
There is no lift. And the 3 bed rooms are upstairs. I had to carry my 15 year old disabled daughter up those stairs and down a very long corridor to reach our room. It was literally the last room on that corridor. My husband helped me, but he stayed downstairs in the twin room with our son, while us 3 girls were upstairs. We then had to retrieve our wheelchair and carry it upstairs. The guests in neighbouring rooms got drunk and were very loud when they came to bed. Full on loud voices, doors banging, with no regard for other guests. Not the hotel's fault, but frustrating. The doors weren't soft close and that was noisy. The bathroom was small and worked ok, but it's a budget hotel and rooms were small and lacked modernity. It appeared clean though . They did email us before we arrived to say there wasn't much room for a wheelchair in the room, but we thought we'd go with it all the same. I think we should've reconsidered and booked somewhere else.
Breakfast buffet was running low on food. Could've been more generous with supplies.

Staff welcome and support throughout our visit was first rate.
Evening meal was good, especially the Desert, but a little expensive.

The room was perfectly suitable for a road stop along my road trip, breakfast was standard but pleasing. Nice parking and view on the parking to keep my motorcycle in sight.
Staff was friendly but clearly had trouble to handle the guests, I do admit some of them were difficult but the morning was full of issues. Maybe a bad morning and not representative of usual mornings.
Slight hassle: When they mentioned checking at 17, it means the reception opens at 17. Once you checking you receive a code to open the door to enter the hotel. You have less support outside the business hours.
