Perfecta y volveré otra vez

Excelente en servicio y limpieza, confort etc. Siendo la primera el llegar

Por la noche siendo la primera, era en llegar al hotel, tuvimos que esperar 1 hora en recepción para poder comprar una botella de agua, ya que el señor que atendía prefirió atender a los huéspedes que llegaban detrás de mi. Le dije lo que quería y me contesto que me esperará , aun y cuando estando yo la primera para ser atendida. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Los desayunos son excelentes sin pretensiones pero muy recomendables

Por poner algo la habitación un poco pequeña y la cama pequeña pero eso va en gustos y en medidas de el que la ocupa

La ubicación, al lado de una zona preciosa y muy tranquila. Un parque inmenso y muy bien cuidado. Las instalaciones de la habitación, de buena calidad (ducha, cama, etc). Que permiten mascotas, con un suplemento

Very comfortable

Hotel Logroño was a good quality modern business hotel I’ve come to expect staying with IHG hotels. Nothing to fault. The staff were really helpful. Breakfast buffet was really nice. Easy to drive to and from. We got parked very close by on the street

Parking algo lejos del hotel. Se podía aparcar fuera, pero como teníamos maletas para continuar hasta Francia teníamos que resguardar el coche con el equipaje.

Muy agradable

Hotel muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, zona muy tranquila y parece muy nueva, rodeado de parques, pero también con restaurantes y terrazas. El desayuno muy bueno y personal muy agradable. El centro está muy cerca en coche y andando unos 25/30 minutos.

Las camas eran bastante cómodas. La temperatura en la habitación y el silencio, la verdad que no era muy ruidoso y el personal amable.Limpieza

Calidad/precio. La habitación tenia detallitos no era exageradamente grande, algún desconchon/mancha en paredes. Para la ubicación quizá un poco alto el precio.

La atención de las recepcionistas fue un tanto despectiva Me hicieron llenar algunos formularios sin mucha explicación Mucha burocracia para una noche de hotel Parecía que me estaban haciendo un favor Además les pedí que llamaran un taxi y nunca me avisaron cuando llegó, así que el taxista estuvo abajo un buen rato con el taximetro en marcha y me tocó pagar más por el servicio No me gustó para nada la atención al cliente por parte del hotel La distancia era un tanto lejos de donde yo necesitaba ir. Aunque previo a reservar entre las características vi que decía que si estaba cerca de la universidad donde yo tenía que ir. El supermercado también estaba lejos y los restaurantes de la zona un poco caros Lo bueno es que el bus si pasaba cerca pero demoré un poco en llegar al destino

Mal momento para ir

El hotel estaba en una ubicación fuera del centro, pero cómodo para aparcar y moverte en coche tanto en Logroño como por los alrededores, que era lo que buscábamos nosotros. La habitación era cómoda, sin lujos, y correcta para lo que necesitábamos. El personal del hotel muy amable.

Podrían haber avisado de que el lobby del hotel estaba en obras, porque estaba completamente desmantelado (suelo, techo y paredes). Además, el lunes por la mañana comenzaron a dar golpes desde bien temprano por la mañana, que cuando estás de vacaciones, no apetece despertarse así. La habitación era escueta y el armario, pequeño.

comfortable bed nice staff

We didnt know that the hotel was being renovated at the time. The price was also very high due to the demand in Logrono that weekend which is why we ended up there. Had we paid a price reflecting the quality of the hotel at the time it would have been ok. We were charged extra for parking too. and would have had to pay for breakfast. We paid 336 for 2 nights and an extra 16 euros to park. Given the state of the hotel It was very disappointing. The bath room was very shabby with mildew in the bath room too.

Ubicación para continuar con el Camino

Es un hotel apartado del centro, nosotras lo quisimos porque estamos haciendo el Camino de Santiago y estaba más cerca de la salida de Logroño. Las camas muy cómodas.

En el momento que fuimos estaba en obras, pero no tuvimos ningún problema al respecto, estaba todo bastante bien aislado.

Habitación limpia y amplia. Camas comodisimas. Los perros son bienvenidos sin limites de peso. Nosotros estubos con nuestros dos perros y todo perfecto, les dieron unas chuches de bienvenida. Hay un parque de perros al lado.

Que enfrente del hotel hay una parada de bus y en 10 minutos estás prácticamente en el centro de Logroño

Que en uno de los lados de la cama no había enchufe. Aunque si que había suficientes en la zona del escritorio.

Escapada corta a Logroño

La ubicación, camas muy cómodas, el baño. Que acepten mascotas y a un precio razonable. Posibilidad de aparcamiento gratis en los alrededores. Parques, restaurantes, tiendas cerca del hotel. Nos ha gustado mucho

Lovely hotel with unhelpful staff⁶

Very quiet room on Camino road

On arrival the staff were changing shifts and we as clients, very tired after a long walk had to wait for them. Several stuff in the room like towels glasses, etc, was only prepared for one person and we booked for two people long ago.

Really comfortable room let down by parking and fact that staff didn´t know no lift from carpark

Extremely clean. Very comfortable beds. English news channel on TV .

No parking outside hotel. Staff didn´t know that the lift was not available from the carpak to street level. Only way out for disabled was by using the ramp used by cars. Sure that there will be an EU ruling that ensures safe access for disabled. In my opinion the carpark at a cost of 8.80 euros a day is not suitable for disabled guests.

The car hotel parking is in a diferrent location so not suitable if leaving a caged pet in the car overnight
