Friendly, relaxed and welcoming hotel

Amazing friendly staff with good english. They had great restaurant recommendations. Included breakfast was quick and tasty and good value. Far enough from city centre to be quiet and relaxed but close enough for an easy walk in.

Wonderful hospitality, excellent food, a beautiful oasis

Attentiveness of hosts, the evening sanctuary in the garden and an absolutely exceptional restaurant. Breakfast was generous, fresh, local. Very well done! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing to visit this region.

Beautiful hotel and amazing breakfast!

Loved the customer attention, the breakfast, the swimming pool area and the beaty of the hotel. They are all great!

It's a hotel in an old country house and therefore the rooms are not free of the noise from the stairwell or other rooms if the other guests are not quiet.

Perfect

Location was amazing,the breakfast had absolutely everything covered each morning and I feel like they would have given the shirt off their backs if you asked them. Lovely people and lovely place.

Awesome place and very friendly people. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was awesome. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Pool on site and jacuzzi. 9 free parking spaces available first come first served. Would really recommend this place.

Great place, we will be back

The place was great! We arrived a bit late but notified them and they were very understanding. The people running the place are super friendly, all of them. The room was spacious, with a nice shower/bathtub, very comfy bed, big wardrobe with a safe inside, a mini fridge (super convenient for hot summer days) and the mojitos they prepare are amazing. The breakfast is also great, with nice pastries, good variety of breads, great variety also of fruits, very nice. The original house (la masia) is beautiful and they managed to maintain it in great shape, modernising it without loosing its origins. The garden and outdoor area is very well maintained, massive citronella candles that they light at night (I loved them, they smell amazing and keep the mosquitos away, I didn't get a single bite during my entire time at the hotel). The pool is great too, Costa Brava beaches are amazing but its nice to have a quick dip in the pool when waking up or later in the evening.

Not great value for money.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was fresh.

The room decor was dated, with an air conditioner that wasn’t able to cool the room (it was 30 degrees on the day we visited). The room we had didn’t look like the ones in the photos on the website. The location wasn’t central, with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. For what we paid (136 Euros), I didn’t consider this good value.

this is a fantastic hotel. we had the room with the grand terrasse. very friendly staff. good parking space. breakfast was fine and dinner too.

Friendly and comfortable

The owners were soo lovely. They gave us advise on where to eat, booked us a taxi and allowed us stay in our rooms later than check out. It was a lovely hotel with a fabulous atmosphere

Amazing place with a 3-star restaurant

We had an absolutely amazing stay! We stayed for 5 days and every day was fantastic. The atmosphere, the nice garden with relaxing pool & jacuzzi, the AMAZING (!!!) restaurant, etc... You see, we really, really loved it there! 100% recommended!

Amazing place in the middle of Palamos

We were a family of 4, two adults and two kids, 1-year old and 4-year old. We booked what we thought was the right room but the staff quickly pointed it out via message that we would not fit in there and they offered another room at the same rate. The room we got was in the ground floor and was quite big, it fit a double bed, a small bed and a cot, with still plenty of space for suitcase and to move around. Bathroom was big as well. The staff were simple incredible, very friendly and pleasant. They took every time extra time to take well care of my kids and to ensure we had everything we needed or wished for. Attention to detail is superb. There are free parking spots in front of the hotel but we booked the paid parking as we wanted to have "our" space, as the free one is "first one that comes gets it". It was just 10€/night so totally worth it. Breakfast was superb, an assisted buffet complying with covid rules. Dinner was great, with the 25€ menu that includes delicious food, on or second day they did not change the menu but they offered to prepare something else just for us. On the single day they closed for dinner, they recommended a very nice place to go eat nearby. The swimming pool and jacuzzi is like an isle of peace and freedom in the middle of town, that you somehow do not expect to find as you climb the stairs. Wifi worked great everywhere. The room had a small fridge to keep some cold drinks and fresh milk for the baby. All in all, one of my favourite hotels lately and I am just longing to come back.

The rooms are big and spotless clean. Very nice bathroom too and everything brand new

Just a tiny bit further from the beach than some other hotels but it wasn't a big deal for us

A most pleasant stay.

Dinner was a delight. I had tuna belly salad and Iberian pork...superbly prepared and served. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped find a laundromat nearby that met my needs.

The parking lot was difficult to get into and required a bit of maneuvering to get out of.
