Nice hotel, nice staff, fantastic breakfast.

The garden and the modern, light, airy dining area. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely.

The en-suite in room 3 was described as compact, it certainly was. Sink tiny, impossible to wash your face without catching your head on glass shelf. The shower cubicle is tiny and no space to dry yourself.

Great host, great accommodation and great breakfast

The coast yard was superbly run and exceptionally clean. I had one of the lodge type rooms overlooking the garden whilst visiting the area for the Goodwood Revival and it was Lovely with everything you would need for a little get away, breakfast was top notch too and the honesty bar is a nice touch too. Highly recommended 10/10

The bathroom made random loud gurgling sounds based on other bathroom usage (I presume). Not a huge issue

A lovely relaxing place to stay, the owners are very friendly and helpful. Ideal place to stay if in Selsey or surround

Very homely, nice secluded garden, very quiet, not too far from the beach.

Nothing really! Except the entrance/exit very narrow, suggest cutting the hedge back by 2ft 😀

Very comfortable.

Very well run and super organised. Every effort was made to make your stay comfortable. Dressing gowns were provided and the honesty bar was also a nice feature. An excellent breakfast too!

Definately on the list for a return visit

Everything was absolutely excellent and such a superb B and B. Our rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the choice for breakfast was far beyond expectations and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely gardens, plenty of parking, would highly recommend

Enjoyable stay

Very nice and warming staff, the team are so lovely. The place was tidy and clean, plenty of refreshments and came back every night to a tidy bed after the beach. Very efficient! The chefs were very kind and gave great service, I love those polish pancakes they make!! Great garden space, definitely recommend.

The shower pressure was not very powerful, although I was still able to have a shower.

Pleasant place to stay

Nice place close to the sea in "holiday" village. Exceptionaly friendly host and staff with excellent service and breakfast. Beautifull shared garden, free parking and walking distance to pubs and village shops. Rooms are nice and well equipped, bathrooms are small, but good enough for their purpose.

Lovely little oasis in the heart of Selsey, would definitely stay again!

The Coast Yard is a little oasis in the middle of Selsey. The entire property is very well maintained and clean. Our room was comfortable and bright. The dining room and outdoor space is delightful and the breakfast, which was very well presented with lots of options was delicious.

What a gem of a place. Clean, beautiful garden, relaxing atmosphere. We was made to feel very at home by the owner. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was bountiful and extremely tasty and fresh, with a wide variety of choices available. We were only supposed to be staying 2 nights but as they had availability we decided to stay longer. We did have to change rooms but even that wasn’t an issue the

I didn't arrive until 8.00pm as I was travelling for business. I was made very welcome and shown to my room. Extremely clean, lovely room, superb breakfast and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely brilliant long weekend. Could not have been better.

The place was spotleclean. Rooms were excellent and very comfortable as we're the facilities. Damon and his staff are first class people who go the extra mile to help. Breakfast is exceptional. A truly wonderful place to stay.

A very enjoyable stay, a place to be recommended.

We had a chalet room which opened on a lovely garden and away from street noise which worries my husband. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a good TV. Each morning started with an excellent breakfast served by very friendly staff. This proved a good time to chat to other guests in a room with a bright, happy atmosphere.

The shower and facilities attached to the room we had (which probably does't apply to all rooms) were cramped and we had difficulty regulating the shower. We could only receive WiFi by going into the main hotel building. As we are not very good walkers we found it easier to use a car to go to restaurants, the beach etc.

Relaxing and enjoyable weekend

To be honest we liked everything about this Bed and Breakfast, the location, the friendliness of the staff and owner. The rooms were immaculate, loads of room, the beds were very comfortable and had the best sleep ever. The garden which we looked out on were well kept. The breakfast oh my god was to die for, the scrambled eggs were so light and fluffy. The English cooked breakfast was excellent as well, lots of choice. Nothing was a problem. Will definitely going back there again for another stay.
