Light and airy stay in a lovely sea side fishing town.

Great central location. Beautiful gardens and well maintained. Good 'camp kitchen' style outdoor cooking area as well as in room cooking facilities. Easy walk to most things including a fantastic Chinese restaurant at the local bowling club.

Bathroom was clean and practical but needs a freshen up.

Peaceful escape.

Walking distance to water front, shops. Really well equipped with appliances to cook your own meal, which most motels don't have.

Bed was a little hard, but that being said, I didn't wake up with sore hips, so maybe it was a good thing to try.

Superb

The Motel was in a lovely location, in such a pretty place..our room was great and having a courtyard was wonderful, listening to the birds. Beds were v.comfortable and the shower was v.powerful. The owner made us feel v.welcome.

The unit was spacious and extremely well appointed. Very quiet.

perfect for our overnight stay & wish it could’ve been longer. Older style motel but really maintained & updated well. The owner is lovely & very helpful. the location is another added benefit, walking distance to multiple restaurants etc

Friendly staff, affordable, great facilities and location, but very dated and uncomfortable room.

Staff were attentive, very friendly and accommodating. Location in the heart of town - walking distance to everything. Room was reasonably priced and affordable even within peak season. Air conditioning and remote fan were modern, great lighting. BBQ facilities were clean, functional and specious. Foxtel, streaming services and YouTube already set up ready to go!

Very outdated room. Everything was straight out of the 70s (lace curtains, cream doors, brown tiles, laminate cupboards). Beds weren't comfortable, hard and saggy with no support. Sheets were polyester and very loud and crunchy. Screen doors all slam to click shut so every one in the motel can hear every door open and close - super noisy at night. Some mould in the shower, stains on the rug, cracked paint on render bathroom walls etc. Overall the unit was clean and maintained but very tired and dated, in desperate need of modernising.

This was a good location for an overnight stay. Well appointed, neat, clean and tidy for an older style motel, but NOT run down. Friendly staff.

Some may need to consider stair access to the top floor units. But we oldies handled them OK.

Lovely clean quiet motel in a great location.

good size room 5, very clean and looked to have been recently refreshed so all the bed and bathroom line very fresh. Comfy bed and Lounge. Good location short walking distance just behind the shops and eateries, but no noise could be heard in the unit, very quiet.

Restful overnight stay

Management and staff very friendly professional. Offered to refund booking due to booking.com’s ad being misleading about the distance to get there. Accomodation was very clean bed comfortable well setup for those staying longer
