Fantástico complejo para ir con niños, limpio y cuidado.

Complejo muy cuidado e ideal para ir con niños. Jardines bonitos y un tobogan ideal para tener a los niños entretenidos. El personal es muy amable tanto en la recepción como en el bar de la piscina. Volverems seguro.

Todo, instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. Habitacion grande, limpia, comoda y con todo lo necesario. Personal encantador.

Que te cobren el parking cuando en la zona ademas tienes zona blanca y se aparca bien.

Ik ben hier al vaker geweest en het is altijd weer fantastisch!

Het appartement is top, met uitzicht, de mensen zijn supervriendelijk en het zwembad en de prachtige bloemen maken het echt een paradijs

Zelf vind ik alleen de parkeergarage wat krap, maar dat ligt vast ook aan mijn parkeercapaciteiten😉

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Die Lage ist top, alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und hilft bei Buchungen. Tolle Anlage mit wunderschönen Pools und Whirlpool. Das Frühstücksangebot wechselt in regelmäßigen Abständen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen!

wunderschöne Poollandschaft mit 2 großen Pools& einem Kinderpool. Große Terrasse mit Sonne am Vormittag. Parkhaus für 2 Euro pro Tag eine echte Okkasion

Waren sehr zufrieden

Auf Anfragen bzgl. Reparatur wurde sofort reagiert und alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt.

Das Buffet für das Frühstück, (Umfang) und Platzangebot zu Stosszeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht das zu lösen.

Buen complejo pero sin control para acceser a la piscina

Las Habitaciones y los baños

Las Peleas en la piscina a las 08:30 cuando los encargados de abrir los accesos lo hacen deste del bar piscina silvando y la gente se cuela al no estar presentes los encargados. Me llegaron a amenazar de muerte y no hy necesidad de eso porque los encargados no hagan sus funciones abriendo ellos los accesos.

Great, comfortable stay

We stayed for 11 nights in a suite No 309 with roof top terrace. It was cleaned every day. It was spacious with all facilities such as air con, kitchen utensils, tv, big fridge. Staff were friendly & helpful. Pool bar was reasonable & good choice on the menu. We did not eat in the restaurant. They provide a shuttle bus to the beach every day there & back which is free, so this is great

There is little not to like , just location. But the hotel provides a shuttle bus to meloneras/ beach several times a day but it’s a 30 minute walk to the center of playa del ingles or meloneras so in the heat you need to get a taxi. It’s roughly 7 euro

Best choice in the area, loved our stay, would definitely recommend and visit again in the future.

Wonderful place, it’s even better in real life than in the photos. Resort was very clean, friendly and helpful staff members and amazing views. Good location and easy to get around.

incredibly relaxing and comfortable

Great location, amazing swimming pool, room with balcony was unreal, staff incredible and food was nice and international

Only remark is that we are both 24 and would have liked some more night activities such as disco, karaoke, night bar or something like that

It was a nice and relaxing stay at a beautiful island. We enjoyed the culture and the people.

The property was very beautiful, with a very nice pool area and beautiful vegetation. The layout was very well done. The room was large with a full kitchen, a private terrace and easy access to the pool area. Very convenient and comfortable.

Great stay in January

Pros: The staff were lovely at the breakfast and dinner service; pool was great and can be used early in the morning. We visited when it was quite busy but most of the time we were able to get good loungers by pool, also had two soft sun loungers on our balcony which was fab; Very good breakfast, plenty of variety for dinners too. Can use the shuttle to the beach, can also walk to it if up for little excercise.

Cons: bed mattresses could be bit more comfortable ; some guests would leave loungers as 'taken' for 3 hrs at least, usually the first line by the pool and nobody could use them.

Hotel is beautifull and really nice place to rest, near to everything. We love it.

I wanted to thank the hotel staff for all their sympathy, availability so that our stay would be perfect. A special thanks to Maria at the reception, being a big reference for us. Thank you Maria for her smile in the morning, her sympathy, her availability and several tips to visit around Gran Canaria, she was a great value for us. Its our 3th Time on this hotel, and we look for Maria every single time. Thank you so much for everything. Hotel is great and we love it. Regards, FF

Wifi was not good, lots of times wifi was connected but without internet or too much slow, taking several minutes to open a simple page. Food was good, but everyday we felt was almost the same. One thing that we didnt like it at all, was that in the early morning all towels were already taken on the beds without anyone there and was really dificult to find a bed every day. This is something that Hotel should get attention to this situation.

the day before out checking out, the card for the door stop working so we have to walk back to the reception to reactivate it. and the room was also not get cleaned that day.
