It’s a great spot if you are there to sleep, get ready and get out

It’s a nice spot to stay at . Lots off good food, coffee, venders, bars all within 10 minutes walking in any direction . The room I got was pretty basic. No nice views of the church but it was clean and had an iron that my spouse was very grateful for. Parking is literally right across the street. We didn’t get to try drinks at the bar downstairs but it looks nice .

We didn’t know we had to insert the key card into an electronic thing on the wall in order to have power in the rooms so that was interesting for a bit. Also it looks fancy in the lobby but don’t expect them to take your luggage upstairs 😆

Chihuahua es un lugar hermoso, pero ESTE HOTEL ES UNA TRAMPA!!! TENGAN CUIDADO!!!

me gustó la ubicación, está muy céntrico y bonito pero... tiene algunos detalles sorpresivos que en realidad me hacen no recomendarlo a menos que estés conciente de ellos y lo aceptes

CUIDADO CON ELLOS!!! NO LOS RECOMIENDO!!! Las camas no estaban limpias TENÍAN PELOS y el retrete lucía una asquerosa MANCHA DE ORINES SECOS que no le habían hecho ni el intento de limpiar y peor cuando QUISISRON COBRARME UNA MULTA DE US$100.00 DLLS por haber fumado un cigarrillo no obstante la pésima limpieza del lugar y nunca me dieron el supuesto desayuno incluido

I wasn't too happy about it

Add More variety in the breakfast, front desk staff could be more friendly and explain how things work. At one time there was no coffee, not enough variety on the breakfast, they could add self make waffles, staff no were to be found, front desk staff was not friendly and didn't explain how their parking works, also too many steps to get out of the parking

Great service great location great staff

Breakfast was very good as the restaurant has a wide variation of choices. The hotel is located in the center of the best area of old historical Chihuahua.

Everything is juat great. That is why i continue staaying there. I have been using this hotel for about 15 yrs already

Verify hotel services and fees!!!!!!

It's nice they have a restaurant breakfast buffet unfortunately it's not free for the people staying at hotel. The food is ok. You can find better food outside hotel and is cheaper especially the drink prices at the bar are too high.

The continental breakfast the hotel offers it's depressing. Fruit cut in a bowel, cereal, sweet hard bread and coffee and you get to eat at the bar area. Anything that doesn't get eaten they just save it for the next day. If you happen to do early checking before 10am you do not qualify for continental breakfast until the next day and you still have to pay extra for early checking. Hotel only provides the same liquid soap u use to wash your hands that's attached to the wall its the same soap that is attached to the shower wall so no bar soap or hand lotion. Hotel does not provide shuttle service to airport ever since COVID according to the girl in reception but in the reservation it clearly says they do. So be prepared to pay for a taxi to airport.

Great location, and comfortable beds.

The location was great.

There was very little staff available upon arriving, did not know the answers to our questions regarding the area. It was so hot in the common hallways, and our room view was not good (solid brick walls). I did not like the lighting, it was very dark. The hair dryer would shut off after 60 seconds of use. The free breakfast was not to my liking.

The location was good but no the service

I asked for extra towels and they didn’t send me anything until 3 hours later also I asked the front desk to send someone to fix my tv and they didn’t care and the last thing I need and extra chair so they didn’t let me borrow one until 2 hours later in general bad service

The towels are old and tattered with holes and are very rough. Poor quality toilet paper. Poor quality pillows. No blankets to add extra warmth. Very noisy. We had a poor rest.

Excellent location in a surprisingly lovely city.

The location was fantastic!

The small flight of stairs between the elevator and my room. Difficult for me to transport my roller bag since I have minor mobility issues.

Very disappointed with what had been stellar hospitality and service!

The breakfast was acceptable but the it took too long for room service.

I requested a room with street view with plenty of advance notice and the request was not honored, big disappointment! The staff were recent hires and not very hospitable. On a night in which we stayed out past midnight no one was manning the front entrance thus requiring my wife and I to wait more than 15 minutes to enter the hotel. At times there was no parking attendant to assist patrons on exiting the parking garage. On the second day of our stay house keeping did not clean our room but only replaced the towels and emptied the trash pursuant to my request.
