The hotel is classic 50's, needs some updating but is nostalgic in a dangerous area

Staff was pleasant

Had my phone stolen right out of my hand while standing outside the hotel at 4pm broad daylight. Hotel security was too busy chatting, not doing their job. They should hire more competent staff

El Precio es un tanto elevado. Ya que aunque esta en la Zona Histórica. Pero la verdad muchos indigentes afuera, y la sensacion de inseguridad en el aire.

Long weekend in Bogotá

Excellent location, near all, and a classic hotel with spacious rooms, and an awesome breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it's a wonderful place to stay, and I would stay there again.

el personal, no dan la información completa, me querían cobrar más de 320 mil pesos COL, por las bebidas y la botana del frigo Bar, cuando no te informan del costo, argumentaron que había un código QR aún lado, y era cierto; pero código QR milimétrico, o sea no se veia, me querían cobrar de más.

It’s a great place close to everything

The location was great because you are in the center of the city and only 20 minutes from the airport.

We were in a junior suite and there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. There is also no AC controls even though it gets colder in the evenings it was warm during the day. We couldn’t set it to the temperature that we wanted.

Très agréable séjour dans un environment chaleureux et accueillant

Le personnel est formidable, à l'écoute et très attentionné. Que se soit les femmes/valets de chambre, les réceptionnistes, le personnel à l'accueil, les portiers... Nous avons séjourné dans une suite junior. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux avec une grande variété de produits variant quotidiennement. Je souhaite remercier tout particulièrement Juan, du restaurant/petit déjeuner et la réceptionniste Carolina qui ont été de bons conseils.

Un réassort des produits de toilette et un plateau de courtoisie serait un petit plus très appréciable..

the location is good ,close to everything, the common area are well kept. staff are helpful even though we speak little to no Spanish they try to help us in the best ways they could. food was excellent. the staff are great I had asked for decorations and they delivered. was a very good stay.

the rooms are nothing like the pictures, the bathroom is small and upon check out I was told that the mini bar is an additional cost.

The room with a blanket A coffee machine with coffee, milk etc. more variety on drinks at the room refrigerator. Hotel location Excellent but service/ facilities bad!

Exceptional

Very good hotel, nice breakfast, excellent service. Staff were available and helpful for all my requests throughout the stay. When shower was not strong enough I requested to change room and it went very smooth. Views were good and I will happily return next time im in Bogotá.

It is a great experience to stay at the most emblematic hotel in the capital of Colombia

It was very confortable. The breakfast was pretty good, although it wasn't so diverse. The location is very central, so you can move around the city easily, you have to be careful going down the 26th street because sometimes it can get dangerous

Due to the holy week, one of the entrance was closed and the information regarding the address of the other door was not clear.
