Ótima localização e café da manhã caprichado

Nada
1. Atendimento na recepção
2. Falta de toalha no quarto
3. Ar condicionado ruidoso
4. Falta de vaga na garagem. O estacionamento do hotel é rotativo. O hospede q chegar fora do horário comercial não encontra vaga.

Quarto amplo e muito limpo.

Serviços da recepção. Funcionários desatenciosos

Espelho do banheiro grande e iluminado. Camas confortáveis. Tudo certinho.

Achei a cama meio dura.

Very Clean,amazing breakfast 😋
Wifi very slow

The breakfast was excellent, good variety of everything! Staff fantastic, very helpful, polite and went to every table to ask if we needed anything else!
I would say that was the best thing of the hotel
The restaurant, well difficult to say , awful!,, The food terrible ( I asked a bread crumbled Tilapia and it was very dry , the presentation of the food on the plate also horrible ) furthermore they serve the food straight on the table without any kind of tablecloth or something similar! As the food was terrible next day we asked for a sandwich in our room! The worst sandwich ever. The bread was so soggy that it was impossible to eat with our hands. The hotel informed us that the restaurant service is outsourced

I enjoyed the location and the fast check in.
Well, the hotel looks good, but a few things aren't ok. The bed isn't comfortable at all and the soap/shampoo offered doesn't have a nice scent. The worse is the breakfast with very few options and most of them aren't replaced when they're over. A real shame.

location
nobody helped to bring my luggages, on first day the shower wasn’t hot and they charge extra to use the security box on the room and the breakfast wasn’t good

beautiful and comfortable place. nice mix of modern and Brazil’s 50s. the bossa nova ambient music in the morning is a very nice touch.
outdated equipment in the room. one of the most expensive room theres not even a full hd tv. the internet works well but could be better, its not optimal for my engineering work, only 15mb/s. everything about breakfast is delicious but not the coffee.
