MUY SUCIO, NO LO RECOMIENDO

Había pelos tanto en el baño, uno de pubis, y el otro de pelo negro muy largo y rizado, como debajo de las sábanas en el cubre colchón, uno de pubis, y que además estaba lleno de manchas amarillas. Tanto la colcha, las sábanas y la funda de las almohadas tenían manchitas, una parecía de sangre. Me quejé y me dijeron que cambiarían la ropa de cama. Al volver por la noche habían hecho la cama pero no la habían cambiado. Dormí vestido encima de mi ropa vieja. Nunca lo olvidaré. PD: Contestando a la respuesta del Hotel, diré que soy un cliente de paso y no tengo ninguna inquina contra su alojamiento, no obstante y para no faltar a la verdad, NO cambiaron las sábanas delante mía como dicen, yo lo pedí al bajar a la recepción cuando nos fuimos para ir a cenar y me dijeron que lo harían, y al volver era ya muy tarde para reclamar nada. Contestar en su respuesta que un cliente "bajaba con la cabeza gacha" denota poco respeto para con sus huéspedes y un exceso de arrogancia para con mi persona que no tenemos ninguna familiaridad, así como una excelente memoria por acordarse de un cliente aleatorio, por lo que es una simple excusa. Por la mañana el check-out era solo entregar las llaves y nada más, habiendo otra persona en recepción por lo que decidí marchar y no discutir puesto que los hechos ya eran consumados. Recuerden la ropa de cama de un Hotel se ha de renovar cada año, o cada fin de temporada. Si he contestado a su respuesta es porque me molesta que hayan respondido como si yo fuera imbécil, en vez de asumir el comentario, intentar mejorar, y dar la razón al cliente, que siempre la tiene.

Buena relación calidad precio

Buena relación calidad precio , al lado del centro,habitación limpia. buen trato del personal, buena conexion wifi,cuando regrese a Torrelavega será mi primera opción sin duda alguna.

No lo recomiendo

El personal super amable y la habitación para tres super amplia

Edificio viejisimo, el ascensor es entreplanta la habitación no se podía echar llave o pestillo para que los niños no salgan desde dentro. Lleno de pelusas bajo la cama y muy difícil aparcar en alrededores (garaje del hotel son 10€). Mucho ruido en las habitaciones, se escuchaba como limpiaban la habitación de al lado a las 8 de la mañana.

Caro para ser de una estrella lo

La habitación estaba bien, era grande y tenía una ducha recién cambiada. Estaba limpia y las camas bien.

El.rqdiador no funcionaba. Me pareció muy caro para ser un hotel de una estrella.

Ear plugs required.

right next to a very noisy train station but there were lots of police in the area. Carlos on the desk was super helpful. He offered new room different wifi network. very nice chap. garage for €10.

ear plugs needed as the trains were constantly sounding there horns from very early in the morning until late at night. bed wasn’t great. water wasn’t hot. wifi was not constant.

Disappointing. Complete contract to other places we stayed in.

Good location. Easy to find.

Poor reception. No real interest in visitors. Indifferent. Gloomy overall. No air con. No replenishment of soaps, etc. Shower cold most of the time. The shower did not drain effectively.

A budget hotel but not a budget price.

Good location and easy check in. Stored our bikes in the garage no problem. Lovely staff. Nice and quiet.

Decoration and facilities were quite tired and basic. Missing light bulbs, heating not very good, not particularly clean.

Exceptional

Cheep, good location close to the centre, try not to get a room at the front as there's a train station opposite.

It was a bit chilly and took a long time for the hot water to come through.

An old hotel in downtown which needs renovation.

The staff was very nice, cooperative and helpful. Though they could not speak proper English, they tried their level best to be helpful and cooperative.

Dirty and used bedsheets and towels. The room was not clean and tidy

Better than expected

The staff was helpful and friendly. They didn't speak English but we managed to communicate so all good. The bed was comfortable.

The sign in front of my room was noisy and it was quite annoying. I was hoping that they will turn it off, but no such luck. The thermostat didn't work so it got really hot, but I was able to turn off the radiator. The light switches were a bit confusing behaving differently if another light was on or off. A neighbor was snoring and coughing loudly. (The walls are a bit thin.)
