Just out of the city enough. Hardly saw our kids at all as they were so occupied with the facilities

Great facilities & activities for the kids. Enjoyed the on site massage. The grounds are kept clean and tidy

No house keeping unless staying 7 days or more. I need like having to ask for fresh towels and more tea/coffee. Also the curtains in the bunk room didn’t fully cover the window which let the morning sun early for the sleeping kids. For the higher price paid to stay at this park I expected more attention to detail

If you are searching for a fun safe place in Cairns to stay with your family, I highly recommend property.

I stayed in the 2bd 1bth bungalow. We loved that this property provided unlimited fun for kids and was perfect for our 2a 3k family. Th staff were welcoming and supportive.

No locks on the bathroom doors.

Disappointing and expensive.

Well-kept park.

Traffic noise was terrible. Our cabin was close to the highway so could not sit on verandah or leave windows open. Bed old and very uncomfortable Furnishings old and need updating

Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed something , so many activities and things for the kids to do all round a great spot to stay

Very nice grounds, friendly staff and plenty of stuff for kids, cabins clean but damp conditions are an issue.

The cabin was bright and clean, there was a mini shop onsite to buy essentials or snacks. Very large holiday/campsite which is well maintained.

There were a lot of very large ants on the outside of the cabin, potentially a nest in the decking of the cabin porch. This was a shame as it would have been nice to sit in the outside area or not have to worry about having the door open for more than a couple of seconds, however, we had no ants in the actual cabin. The room was very damp and humid, this could be just Cairns but the air conditioning was also very likely not cleaned out as it was spreading around damp/mouldy smelling air around. Unfortunately it was so hot and humid it was not possible to sleep without the air conditioner, in the short space of time we stayed there (2 nights) I already experienced breathing issues.

Amazing, as usual :)

We are locals and come here often, the facilities and staff are always amazing. This time, they went above and beyond when I was unwell to ensure I was comfortable. Adriana at the front desk especially lovely. The only thing that could have been better was if the pool wasn’t so warm. apart from that, 5 stars as always!

The pool could use a shade cloth or temp control

my Daihatsu a light and airy unit and we spent most of the time there only going back to our unit to sleep. the kids rea

lots for kids of all ages to do

the unit was very dark and due to weather even darker inside and not conducive to sitting outside. the palm trees were dropping their seeds on the roof all night and they made the patio and pathway easy to slip on
