Önbüro personeli ve çalışanlar ilgiliydi, otelin plajı denizi çok güzeldi, bina çok yeni değil ama gayet rahattı, yemekler lezzetliydi,
plajda ön kısımlar villalar için ayrılmıştı

The house reef is wonderful and the access is well monitored by the beach guards. Sun beds were comfortable as were the actual beds in our room (albeit a bit on the hard side in the room). The food at the buffet was always tasty and there were plenty of options, only as vegetarians we lacked a bit of options or variety.
Hotel reception/management was also very friendly and correct in reimbursing us for a cancelled service where they weren't at fault themselves and had no direct obligation to do so.
Overall the hotel felt very secure and all staff were friendly.
When staying at the beach in the adult only part, there weren't many toilets nearby.
Most of the buildings felt well maintained, but the arena for the evening shows could use some renovation and the music was played excessively loud during most shows.

Giardini meravigliosi e molto ben tenuti.

Beautiful beach, many pools, nice facilities, good food, dedicated staff. The sea water was perfect for snorkeling. The rooms were modern and the view was very nice. The staff were doing everything they can to assist in a professional manner.
I didn’t get the reservation system on the beach where most of the first two lines were reserved for certain rooms which was a bit annoying

The hotel is wonderful, well maintained gardens and beach area - and amazingly with a house reef along the beach side with lots of fish to watch!
We stayed in a Junior Suite with Ocean View in the West Wing. The room was wonderful, absolutely comfortable beds and pillows. Mornings and evenings, the balcony was my favorite place.
We enjoyed the West Wing restaurant for most breakfast and lunch, there was always a good selection of different cuisines. Our favorites were the Egyptian dishes. Ahmed always served us with a big smile!
For the evenings, one favorite restaurant was the Beach Bar with a lovely seating at the beach and delicious BBQ dishes. Best to book ahead here, it was always packed. Since we had a premium all inclusive membership, we could also enjoy a la carte dining in the hotel. Here we highly recommend Club 159 with excellent food, relaxed atmosphere
with live music and our fun waiter Islam.
I would like to recommend two great drinks - the ice coffee from the Lobby Bar in the West Wing prepared by Khalaf was our afternoon treat, and for something fruity, we loved the rainbow drink prepared by Samy in the Windbreaker Bar.
With our premium all inclusive package, we also had the luxury of a reserved spot in the front row at the beach, prepared towels and cold drinks in an ice box every day! We loved it! Our towel boy was the best - we always chatted happily with each other and called each other "Habibi" for fun!
I want to give a special mention to the reception at the West Wing. We spent our first night in a suite at the side of the hotel (room 460), very noisy from outdoor club of the neighboring hotel and with lots of food smells from the neighboring restaurant. Mahmoud and Shenawy at the reception were so helpful to help us find another suitable suite.
We felt that all the people working at Fort Arabesque did not only provide a service with a smile, rather a service with heart! We loved our time here and would love to come back one day!

The property is split into to two distinct levels. The hotel and the villas. We stayed in the villas and they were exceptional, great staff, great private dinning, the extra services available were well worth the upgrade.
Very difficult to pick something out that we did not like, if pushed I would say that the beach sun bed arrangements need looking at. It is very unclear to new arrivals how the system works and there is no guarantee for the villa users of getting a sun bed for the duration of their stay and since the rate to stay in a villa is significantly higher than the rest of the resort this seems to be a mistake

Variety of places to eat within the resort. Great scuba diving facilities and nice beach.
The staff within the hotel were generally miserable.

Excellent villa with generous all inclusive facilities.
Superb staff. Very good food in the Pavillion restaurant, average elsewhere. Excellent beach facilities and service. Really couldn't fault a thing. Would definitely recommend and would certainly return.

Close proximity to water sports. Beautiful beach. Beautiful flowers to both look at and smell. Fun evening activities. The rooms were very large.
Only free wifi in the reception area. The food in the main dining hall was a bit redundant.

The hotel had gorgeous outdoor areas, right on a prime snorkeling beach (just walk right into the reef). The 2nd room they put us in was large. Buffet food was good. Prices were good.
My booking.com reservation stated "Standard Double or Twin Room "with Sea View" - West Bay (Adults only). We were brought to a small no view room. When we went back, and the desk person stated that "Sea View" was their address (REALLY!), and that we had booked a normal room. I even had the booking.com printout with their address at the top that did not include the words "Sea View". Regardless, he said he would make it right, and he did... he moved us to a room that should have been the room I booked in the first place (without making me feel like I had done something wrong, and he was doing me a favor). I am not new to this.. in fact, I booked 12 different rooms over the last 4 weeks. I also asked for a quiet room.. and we were put directly over a band that played every night in the bar below us.

Just about everything.
Absence of written information - staff were very good but you cannot ask where things are if you don't know they are in existence - found things on site accidently.
Would have been good to have an info file in our room.

Beautiful grounds, on the beach, excellent service from staff and delicious food and lots of entertainment daily!

Brilliant food for the buffet options at all meals. Bar and restaurant staff were charming. Activities were fun and outdoor spaces to relax were plentiful and varied
Everyone seemed to have a 'side hustle' and tipping for absolutely everything got a bit wearing but hey, we were in Egypt! Everthing is fine once you decide to go with the flow and carry a wad of dollar bills

Our room smelled of paint. Construction noise would start at 8am until around 5pm. Hammering, angle grinding ect. as they were building the rooms below us. The corridors smelled strongly of paint. Once we were out of the room everything was fine. Lovely beach and grounds.

Nice vacation with two kids. Big heated pool in april. Positive staff, Good food.
Room is catastophe like animation team would say.. We got old dusty room. Dirty balcony, bath cabin door bearly can open, you need to use a power to open/close it. Room for 3 insted of 4 and they couldn’t change to other “ as they didn’t have it for 4 person” so they offer us to bring a old and dirty extra bed. Staff at reception useless - while we were complaining to get a better room - it felt like we were talking to the wall. Corridor and stairs area were dirty and looked like it was never cleaned.

The house reef is fantastic for snorkelling with a huge variety of fish and some nice coral. Lovely resort with great staff and very good food options. Get a villa if you can afford to as they are lovely and spacious and quiet.
Would have liked a bit more info at check in on what our Premium All Inclusive actually included but looked up the info ourselves and had a fantastic stay.

Beautiful all inclusive hotel with full accommodations and beach. The gardens throughout are award winning! Felt like true paradise. Buffet bar was simply delicious! Lots of activities and entertainment in the evening. Your little oasis under one roof! Highly recommend! Kind and professional management and staff. Very comfortable rooms.

The resort was stunning, very clean and the food was very nice! Friendly staff.
Will definitely come again
It would be good to offer free wifi instead of having to pay additional for this.

I liked the vibe of the property, the way it was managed and the staff’s attitude, above all things. My room was clean, spacious, had a sea view and was situated in the west wing. The hotel is really big, it has beautiful gardens and a rich offer of activities.
Nothing at all.

It's an amazing place for snorkeling. The main reason we booked this resort was for its direct access to beach and best place for snorkeling and it was amazing. The room was clean and very good for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Room gets cleaned every day. Several restaurants for food (some are only for adults so could not go there with kids). Plenty of food. Swimming pool was with warm water so my kids enjoyed the pool. The employees always had a smile and were very nice and always tried to entertain kids. Kids club was another great thing, they take care of kids from 10am - 12pm and again from 3pm - 4:30pm which is great for parents to go into beach for snorkeling without having to worry about the kids. Table in beach bar restaurant should be reserved for Dinner and the dinner there is very good and they have live music and dance.
Every night they have mini disco for kids which my kids enjoyed a lot and after the 30 mins disco they have some other shows which was very entertaining as well.
Overall very satisfied with the resort.
Nothing.
