Very good place near to beach. Staffs were really good and cooperative. Alex was very friendly and made sure we had a good time.

Best 3 nights in Goa in this lovely boutique hotel. Sunshine, relaxation and romantic

First shout our to Mr. Dsouza for being the best host who showed us a lot of kindness in helping us get the best stay here. The room was cosy and super clean. Had a lovely big comfy bed. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood and had direct access to the beach. Good sumptuous hot breakfast every morning. They even organised a taxi to take us to the airport while going back. Just had the best stay here ,deserves a lot of stars.

It is always a joy to stay at this property. The location is fabulous, delicious breakfast, and rooms comfortable with much attention to detail. The best part is the attentive and thoughtful service. Hat tip to Alex, who makes sure everything is running smoothly and restaurant staff Ali, who is a gem. Looking forward to our next stay here already.

Superb and delivers beyond expectations

Great location, great people, great food, fantastic staff, great country I would 100% stay there again

Odd smell from bathroom drain but informed them on last day. Soaps and shampoo not very good and not sufficient for 2 people so we bought our own from Newtons but didn't mind.

It was the worst stay of my life.

Mr. Alex is a courteous person who welcomed us, but that was end of the good part. From thereon started the rude behaviour of all other staff. Any service request was looked upon as additional task and delayed forever. Ali is worst of all.

We asked about bathtub, refrigerator etc which was in pictures but was missing in room. They told us they would offer the room with those facilities to us if we agreed to cancel the Booking.com booking and check-in directly so that they wont have to pay to Booking.com, which was ridiculous and plain cheating in my view. Their breakfast time starts at 8.30 am which is way too late and this isn't mentioned anywhere in booking website. There is no service at all, not even tea before that and they are pretty rude about it. Also, on one day breakfast got over by 9.15, and Ali simply told my friend that breakfast is over - no concern for guest, no apologies, plain rude statement that it is over. When we insisted to talk to Alex, he came and ordered some breakfast from outside. This was the worst stay I have ever had on a vacation.

It's a great place to stay in candolim, The beach is very close to the property walking distance of 5 minutes only. Breakfast was good as well. The owner of the property Mr Alex is a very nice person, he called me to know my arrival time and even called me after I landed at the airport so my room was ready by the time I reached the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay at the resort coqueiral.

Stay was really awesome.

The place was very nice, clean and neat. The staff is very helpful , polite and very good. The best part is it was very close to the beach - walking distance. Very well maintained property.

Everything. Mr. Micheal who manages the property is always up for small talk and ready to help. Staff is quite hardworking and quick to respond. Hats off to all of them for helping to make our stay pleasurable. Location is ok.

Nothing as such, i just wish our room overlooked the sea a bit more but its was ok since we werent in the room that long anyways. There is nothing that i can say bad about the property and people managing it.

Good and comfortable homely stay

Exceptional

I liked the location (5 min walk from the beach, market, restaurants), the view from my room, the facilities and the helpful staff. The resort had an old Portuguese style architecture which I liked a lot. The included breakfast was sumptuous.

The only (minor) issue that I had was internet connectivity. Mobile network was patchy and wifi signal was weak near my room.

The best and homely feeing that I ever got in Goa

The property is worth every penny you spend. The delight starts with a very warm welcome by Alex and his staff. Its like I am just coming back to my home, its that warm hospitality. Have been to numerous properties be it from Taj to Marriots, but never ever have been I am taken care this well. The property is spanking clean, with all the amenities, walking distance from the beach and all delicious joints nearby The breakfast is so good, that i really wished they cooled lunch and dinner for me. In so my awe with this place, it will become by every-time visit property in north goa

Its not about the propert, but the area has poor mobile network connectivity. Infact this was the case in majority of the places across Goa this time
