Buena opción precio calidad

El hotel es cómodo y bonito. La ubicación está bien. Las habitaciones amplias y con muchas facilidades. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Decía que tienen secadora de pelo y cuando solicité no tenían. Eramos dos personas por habitación y había sólo una bata y un par de pantuflas. Reservamos el jacuzzi no tenía jets y tenía tierra. Además a la hora que reservamos estuvieron dos personas más.

Very good

Friendly staff, very clean room and a great breakfast. The location was exception as well.

The floors in the room where coming apart. Unsure if there was a water leak at some point or the floors were just old but they were not even and smooth.

Pretty place but noisy

Beautiful hotel. Well appointed. Comfortable and complete room and bathroom. Very approachable cleaning staff. Good breakfast.

The design of the hotel is one giant open shaft from bottom to top, so all the sound is carried to each room.

Totally overpriced. Tourist trap.

Totally overpriced: lack of infrastructure (water pump damage which could not be solved within a day resulting in absence of water in the rooms), rain pouring into the installations, very loud inside the rooms that only have internal windows, slow service, eggs at breakfast served cold, had to repeat several times what we wanted and it was still served wrongly. We asked for a refund, (especially due to the fact that we could not shower), but it was denied. At the check-out they offered us a breakfast instead - not sure if this was a joke as it was already noon and we were leaving the city. Conclusion: look for a better place to stay when in Armenia.

I liked not only the facilities but also the excellent people work in it. The hotel is very clean, comfy and the price is good. But the most important value of the hotel is their people; they are so friendly!

It really is an excellent hotel, not only because of its location, but also because of the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. You have many places to go out to eat and spend a nice night.

Probably they should have a buffet, so a person can have more choices.

The perfect hotel to stay in Armenia!!

This is an excellent hotel Armenia. It is close to everything you would ever need, shopping center, restaurants, bars, banks ... everything. We totally enjoyed our room and the staff there are very friendly.

We couldn't stay longer. we only had it for 1 night, but we will come back for a longer stay!! We loved it!!

The Menu in the restaurant had a lot of options..

The noise in the hotel is heard throughout.. we felt like people were in our room most of the time.. until early in the morning when people finally went to sleep.. then in the morning were awaken to people talking again.. asked for a burger order to have ingredients removed and something so simple could not be accomplished.. but in their defensive have been trying to do this for years in colombia and it was only met once.. SMH

Very disappointing and it is not a one time failure management should not what is going.

Breakfast is Ok, great location

I have been staying there mostly because of the location, but most of the time there are problems with the A/C, clogged bathrooms and the internet is very slow or does not work some times , out of 10 times that I stayed there 5 times there were issues with the mentioned items.

The hotel was very well kept and had a modernized, compact feel to it with great hospitality.

The service was friendly and it was centralized near some nice restaurants.

There wasn’t much clarity or disclosure of the limited parking offered closest to the hotel. It was only until pressed further that information of another parking garage was also close by that was affiliated with the hotel.

Wonderful

The staff was friendly, perfect location, we love the terrace with the jacuzzi, also the first thing you see in the room is coffee like a welcoming with a delicious cookie. The bed is really relaxing and the facilities so useful.
