About this house rental
We provide many extras that make vacations relaxing . . . We have appointed our home with top of the line beds, sheets, and towels. For our guests convenience we provide robes, hair dryers, shampoo, body wash, soap, face wash, lotion, laundry soap, dish soap, dish washer soap, paper towels, kleenex, good toilet paper, trash bags, basic condiments and spices. There is also an iron and ironing board that I avoid using on vacation. The hot tub is a favorite feature as is the ski boot warmer fitting 8 pairs at a time. There are 3 gas fireplaces, tv's and sitting areas are in all of the bedrooms, you will also find vintage DVD's, books, board games and puzzles. The newly re-molded basement includes ping pong, skee-ball, foosball, an electronic dart board (you must bring your own plastic tipped darts), 4 yoga mats, cards, poker chips and games. The house has 6 bedroom suites, 2 fold out couches on loft and and 2 queen and 2 twin inflatable mattresses for your use.
Our home is spacious and open with 6000+ finished square feet of living area. We are located an easy 15 minutes from the ski are and close by are 100’s of miles of wilderness trails. The local restaurants are super and the grocery is close. The kitchen is fully stocked and the gas grill is always ready to use. FYI baking at 9000ft altitude is a challenge.
We travel frequently and enjoy deluxe accommodations so we try to reflect that in the appointments and amenities we offer. Are hope is that you feel this is your home away from home.

Even more beautiful than the photos. Our family of 12 booked this house and we had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The house was stocked appropriately with extra towels, pillows and spices that are greatly appreciated for large groups. Close to the resort and grocery store too. Highly recommend!

We spent 4 nights in this fabulous house. We are an extended family of 13 and absolutely loved everything about this house. There is plenty of space for each family unit to have their own area. The views are spectacular and everything you could possibly need and then some are here! I would highly recommend this house for a great vacation!

This is a gorgeous property. From the views of the mountains to the details of each room and bathroom, the house was perfect for us. We were 11 adults (all over 60). Each had our own beautiful bed/bathroom. The sheets, towels, and toiletries were very nice quality. The kitchen is well appointed and the grill worked great. We hiked and played games and totally enjoyed ourselves! Ed was great about communicating and we felt taken care of! Would love to go back again!

The property was everything we expected and hoped for. Very comfortable and with all the amenities. Communication from the property owner was very personal and he was very quick to respond. Definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect
This place has everything! And it so beautiful and there are so many personal touches that make you feel like home! We loved there was lotion for our dry hands in every single room!!! Little water bottles and chocolates be each bed! Robes! Towels! Cleaning supplies! Everything you need! The house is beautiful with great attention to detail! Absolutely will be back! Thank you!

Everything about this property was perfect! It is a beautiful home with amazing views! Plenty of sleeping places throughout the home with comfortable beds and bedding. The homeowner was very prompt with any questions or concerns I had prior, during and after our stay. We had a ton of snow during our Christmas stay, the snow removal service always had everything cleared. The kids had a ball sledding on the hill by the house! The kitchen was well stocked. The grocery store is nice and close. The Winer Park ski resort is an easy commute. The property description is exactly accurate. We had a great trip!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family and friends. Plenty of room for everyone! Very short drive to the grocery store and several awesome eating places! We had a great week. The weather was perfect. Lots of snow!

This property is exactly what we were looking for. The home had everything we needed with great attention to the details especially when it came to the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The hot tub was a great bonus for enjoying the Mountain View. Close proximity to winter park and many activities. We were sad to see the hiking trail down the street from the home was closed so we were not able to hike directly from the house. I’m assuming this was a new thing and will just need updated in the home visitor book. The only cons were there is construction right behind this house of new homes being built and they started working on them in the morning while we were trying to enjoy breakfast and coffee on the deck. Not the homeowners fault however I did not see this disclosed in the listing. The other thing is the basement is unfinished with 2 additional twin beds down there. We didn’t realize this and had planned on 2 young kids staying there. Unfortunately they did not like that and we had to shuffle bed arrangement around. Plenty of space upstairs though with pullout couches. We just were not expecting this. Overall an amazing home with amazing views. We would definitely stay here again!

First the owners are very responsive to any question you may have. They have a beautiful home. It is on a large lot which was important to to us. We wanted space for the family to be outside as well as inside. We did sledding on the hill of the house everyday. Second the location is convenient to grocery store as well as many activities I.e. skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, etc. The town of Fraser is small. This is a place for dropping out and taking in true beauty of nature. While there are many large condos nearby, they do not compare to what you find with this home. We are a family of 7 adults and 8 kids. There is plenty of space to spread out when you want alone time and large areas for gathering together. Price point was important to us but the extra we spent for this home was well worth it. If we take another trip, then we would stay here again. A winter storm hit during our stay. Each day the drive way and balcony were cleared for us. The hot tub is on the balcony which allowed for star gazing at night. Many homes we looked had one but they were underneath. This was another feature why we chose this home. It’s the small details that are often missed when choosing a property. We even found the fire pit during our stay that was covered with snow and were able to use. The home is filled with many games for adults and the kids. Last and in closing, we highly recommend this home. It will not disappoint. There are too many amenities to mention. The owners have built and created a home away from home. Family of 15 Spring Break in Fraser
First the owners are very responsive to any question you may have. They have a beautiful home. It is on a large lot which was important to to us. We wanted space for the family to be outside as well as inside. We did sledding on the hill of the house everyday.

This house has EVERYTHING you could want. It is beautiful inside and out and very clean. The owner, Ed, was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had right away. We are already talking about staying there again next year!

Above and beyond expectations!

Winter Park Family Vacation
This was a wonderful home that was perfect for my family! Beautiful home with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, it definitely accommodated all of our needs. Great location, close to the sleigh rides and the tubing park and the grocery store was close! Definitely worth renting!

This home was truly perfect!! The owners thought of everything when building this home. The views couldn't be any more beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the jacuzzi finished off a long day of skiing!! We will be booking the gorgeous home again!!

Great time In Fraser/Winter Park
My wife, kids and I stayed in this incredible home a couple of weeks ago. The finishes in the home are over the top great! The views are incredible and the access to groceries, restaurants, Winter Park Resort and other services are outstanding. I highly recommend the home for any size group!

BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING VIEW
This home is breathtaking and the view of the mountains were amazing. Ed was a fantastic host and always accommodated with our request. Location was perfect to local grocery store and restaurants. Everything was perfect and my grandkids said it was the best vacation. Plans to go back next year and stay in this beautiful home again..

Beautiful mountain house.
This house is beautiful. Big windows, gorgeous kitchen, two big master suites. Plenty of room for our group of ten (five adults, five teenagers), plus garage parking for two of our cars, which was a pleasant surprise. Ed is very responsive. We highly recommend this house and hope to have the chance to visit again.

From the moment you pay for the rental, you are in good hands. Ed is very attentive and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. Let's be clear, this is not your typical rental property. It is easy to see that this house is only rented out a hand full of times a year. There is not one thing that my family didn't enjoy about this beautifully appointed house. There are condiments in the fridge, towels in the bathrooms, robes in the closets, laundry detergent in the cabinet, hot tub cleaned and already on, chocolates and waters on the end tables...........
Prepare to be stunned when you walk into this gorgeous abode! The view from the front door overlooking the back patio will take your breath away. The beds are extremely comfortable and linens felt great. We vacationed with another family that rented a "comparable" house and could see the other side of the spectrum. Uncomfortable beds, shortage of towels, shower that didn't work etc.
Don't let a subpar rental choice ruin your vacation! There were several cheaper options when we looked for a house but I felt good after reading Ed's reviews. They are well deserved! This rental home will add to your vacation experience and in my opinion, that's priceless! After hitting the slopes the second day, we were so happy to jump in the hot tub and stare at the starry sky and just enjoy each others company. This home is the icing on the cake. We complemented Ed on the furnishings and he said they actually spend a lot of time there. Makes perfect sense now as to why you feel at home here. It really is a second home, not just a rental property!
They have a dart board, foosball table, numerous tvs, and a load of board games. If you are on the fence about which property to rent, put your mind at ease and choose this elegant and well appointed home. You will not regret it!

Amazing home in a perfect location!
Beautiful drive through national forest and mountains from Denver airport. Home was roomy, comfortable, neat, very clean, stocked with movies and games for families. We ate in every night and cooked. Our kids loved the hot tub in the snow. We had beautiful views of the mountains. Only 10 minutes from ski resort. Overall, it was a perfect mountain home for our first family ski trip. Thank you Ed & Laura!!
